Amazingly beautiful, lovely space and rooms. So many choices at the breakfast buffet. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a perfect travel experience. From check-in to check-out, the service is thoughtful and warm, which fully satisfies the butler-style experience. In particular, elaine, a colleague in the customer relations department, carefully helped me solve the dietary problem and gave me an exquisite fruit plate.

Excellent hotel, located near the train station and with a delicious breakfast anf amazing buffet service for dinner. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the health club is great!

Everything was perfect. I just don't like that when paid via Alipay I pay extra money - 3% comission. It happened only in this Chinese Hotel. Why?... They told becauase I use international credit card. But pay everywhere in China the same Alipay application whith the same credit card and don't pay any comission.

the room is clean and big, staff are helpful. We need to check out early and they helped us to arrange simple breakfast takeaway as well as getting ready a cab for us. i think this is the extra service that they offer to help foreigners (unable to use their local DIDI / e-hailing app). food options are available within walking distance. Breakfast choices are excellent. will come back to this hotel again.

Good experience. I have been there for business and felt very comfortable. Rooms cleaned and comfortable. Service is very good. Location closed to a big mall.

This hotel is great. The room is gorgeous and definitely 5 star. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good. Bear in mind that the hotel is far from the coast. I think it is aimed mainly at business travellers. That said, if you want to use the hotel as a base for tourist activities you can - but you will need to use taxis to get around. The hotel is also not too far from Qingdao North train station. The room price was good value!

Got there they helped me with my bags from the minute I got out of the car. The front desk is so helpful and they very foreign friendly. The lobby area looks stunning. I really enjoyed their breakfast and the hotel room is clean exactly like what is shown on CTrip. Great service 👏🏼. The place is closer to Wanda Plaza and there are other restaurants around. Went to an aquarium which was 30 minutes away that was my highlight of this weekend trip.

Fantastic facilities and stellar services, very much suited for business travels. Walking distamce from a big shopping mall too if you need buy anything.

First time I stay in Tsingtao, hotel is clean and beautiful room, large and well decorated. Beach stay 45min by car. I recommend this hotel for all families or single persons. Personal of reception is very friendly. Nearby have a lot of restaurants and shops.

It was my first time to be in Qingdao so I wanted to stay at a good hotel. Overall I enjoyed the stay! The service and facilities were good.
