Excellent place to stay , I will come back. The owner can speak very good English, the restaurant serves really good food and the room was very nice with a small yard. The location was also perfect, near the Ferry terminal.

Great place to stay, near the ferry terminal. The owner speaks English and he is very helpful. The place is calm and there are some shopping malls around, It also has restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean.

Well maintained hotel. Their boss is a really nuce guy. They have a free shuttle can service to the city .which helped us lot. And they got two cute dogs. We enjoyed the stay over there. Rooms are clean. And its with a balcony . value for money delal

Very cozy hotel with great restaurant on the first floor. A little far from popular places but still worth to come. The first floor room with little courtyard is excellent.

This hotel is the best for travellers who want to see a slice of daily life in Qingdao. Located in the residential Shanghe Road, it is a hole in the wall, buried among the older neighbourhood of 1960s to 1980s buildings. But enter the hotel and you will find yourself in a Bohemian styled Sequoia restaurant, which serves good steak, good coffee and of course, good beer. The owner, Mr Sam Li, was a very friendly owner, who helped us around. There was a sweet lady receptionist who also helped us with getting our first DiDi ride hailing. The interior of the hotel was wood paneled, and the beds were really comfortable. There is a backyard where you can drink tea. The hotel is located about 200m away from Taishan Road subway station, the terminal for Line2 of the Qingdao metro. For a seafood market experience, ask for Baodao Seafood market, which is just around the corner. Go on Sundays for the best variety of seafood.

Wasn't my first time in Xian so I know the place quite well. Location was great, front desk staffs are friendly and polite. Room is spacious and daily cleaning is being done. A+ service!

房間不錯，很安靜，有個小院子。好停車。這個季節的青島酒店價格很感人，100塊錢住很好了。周圍有不少接地氣的啤酒屋，菜場，很方便。

設施：設施齊全，衞生間裏面配有牙膏，牙刷，梳子，沐浴露洗髮露，洗護用品還可以，缺點是沒有護髮素，贈送了耳塞一次性的，一次性馬桶套，不錯。特別要誇的是那個花灑，感覺特別舒服。 洗衣房是付費的。洗衣烘乾是單獨收取費用 衞生：乾淨整潔，沒有異味。 環境：酒店整體就是那種花園式的感覺，含餐廳一體的，也能在裏面吃飯。房間每間都帶了院子，院子裏中了花樹還有葡萄🍇院子裏有桌椅可以休憩，還可以體驗一下澆花。（葡萄真的甜） 服務：其實服務態度蠻好的，幾乎是有求必應 ，比如説我們晚上有沒吃完的烤串，第二天送到前台，讓他幫我們加熱，他還幫我們裝盤送到房間來 飲品免費兑換券:這個口感一般般 但是前台可以送到房間來，感謝 圖1蛋糕是酒店的還挺漂亮 其他：在青島住了四天三晚他家，體驗了雙床房，日式塌塌米，大床房，超級大床房，床墊確實都是那種很軟的睡得很舒服，環境也很不錯，其實我個人比較喜歡那個塌塌米的，因為房間很大哈哈。床品沒得挑。其實就是這個位置也算不錯啦，離台東還有啤酒博物館什麼都比較近，可以逛街，好吃的外賣都能點得到，特別適合朋友，情侶出遊。如果有機會再去，希望不要漲價哦。

房間裏面的小院子很漂亮，衞生也很乾凈，店內還有環境很好的餐廳，可以海鮮加工，還可以吃各種漂亮飯，飲品也很多。下次來青島還選這家酒店。

酒店在一個居民區裏面，打車到附近時挺失望的，但沒想到進到裏面別有洞天。環境很雅緻，很有調性。入住贈送了飲品優惠券。房間也很舒適，洗浴乾濕分離。房間還帶個小院子，可以納涼喝喝小酒聊聊天，很Nice。

該酒店地理環境比較優越，院子停車方便，距離棧橋，海底世界等景點也比較近，出行比較方便，總體滿意。

入住後發現是一家餐廳➕酒店，院裏可以停車，我們在旁邊菜場買了海鮮讓老闆加工，晚餐很有氛圍感，房間也挺乾淨的，有個小庭院，很温馨。

電視可以看，離地鐵近，步行就到了。路上有家買海鮮的點，量大便宜。坐地鐵去第三海水浴場很方便，不想出去點外賣也快
