We have had a really great time here, we have had a lot of fun and laughter with Abdullah at the white bar and Abraham in the Soprano restaurant. I would like to say that we have Ben more entertained by those 2 than the annimation team, which I'm sorry to say was the only letdown of the 11 days (unless you like to watch dancers most nights. The food has been excellent, we stay in the aqua resort but have eaten in the soprano at the Vista. We also had a meal in the colonies restaurant for my sons birthday, Hassan, who runs that restaurant and the white bar made the night very rememberable.

We booked a family holiday here and got back yesterday we spent 7 days in luxury, there wasn’t one thing we could fault. The rooms were great, food amazing, pools clean and warm, the animation team were super friendly paolo and David always came to get you involved and had big smiles on their faces. The pool bar staff super attentive. Cleaning staff superb!!! Honestly couldn’t recommend more and will def go again, kids are already missing it.

I have been visiting sharm for 10+ years and decided now I have my own family I would try aqua blu and I have to say it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff are so friendly, helpful and can't do enough for you. Every member of staff I came across always had a smile on their face even working all day in the extreme heat. The food was fantastic with loads to choose from and different restaurants to try. So you will always find something for everyone to eat. Our room and the facilities were amazing and always cleaned to a very high standard with the cleaner going out of his way to do different towel arrangements everyday, which the kids really enjoyed coming back to after spending the day at the pool. The pools were all lovely and always guarded by life guards who make sure that everyone is always safe. We enjoyed all the the water slides in aqua blu as well as the sister hotel aqua park. It was also nice to have calmer times in the quieter pools by our room. We chose not to join with the animation team during the day but they do lots of activities around the pools and in the evenings they would do a mini disco and put on shows that we did visit and they were all ways good fun. We will definitely always come back to this hotel in the future.

This holiday and hotel was amazing from start to finish. Rooms are lovely, modern and cleaned daily, All staff are amazing and hard working and will always go that extra mile for you, Eslam and Nashat on the outside bar is honestly amazing. The most hard working, my mornings were never boring without a morning coffee and a chat. The daily entertainment was always a bonus. And always put on a great show. The animation team are amazing, very hard working. All very happy/bubbly and will always take time to come and sit and have a chat. They are amazing. Sofia, Taz and Pablo especially always took time to come and chat make sure we was okay and always full of life, opened us with welcome arms made us feel so at home and welcomed. Great people to be around and made our holiday that bit more special. Not only did we have an amazing time we met amazing people and made amazing friends. Great time and experience. Again thank you to all the staff you really are all AMAZING

Just returned back from one more vacation in Albatros Aqua Blu. As previous times all on top levee- great clean room, tasty food, slides, pools, beach. Renovated rafting river with water games just amazing. Attitude of the staff from check in till check out exceptional. Animation team not let you to get boring. Thanks to Taz. See you soon.

Just finished our 19 days Holiday to Pick Albatross Aqua Blue and we had an amazing time. Nice spacious and clean room; Big, spacious but due to infrastructure and plantation of trees and gardens still very cosy; Wide collection of waterslides; Very various collection of foods; But best of all was the friendliness of all the personell wether it was at reception, cleaning, restaurant or lifeguards. Everybody was 200% doing their best to give the guest the best time. We will definitely come back again here!

Holiday started off good but the longer the holiday goes on the worst it gets. Will be fine for you it you have lots of patience but if you want a relaxing holiday like us then this is probably not the place if you are English. Do not pay in English currency, we brought cash and the airport banks were closed when we landed so was unable to change it up. They accept any currency but you'll end up paying more if its in English. DO NOT BUY FROM THE HOTEL SUPERMARKET. £15 for aftersun that cost £5 in England and £5 for haribo that costs £1.25 in England although Egypt is meant to be a cheaper country. We are now spending our evening trying to find somewhere we can afford to buy after sun for our boy. It seems anyone from any other country get away with things that English do not ( being told no to wearing a tshirt in the pool because my 3 year old was sun burnt on his back). We visited the hotel next door (aqua blu) and I waited 45 minutes near the front of the queue for a slide and in this time near 20 people had pushed straight infront of me as if I didn't exist so after 45 minutes I gave up and wasn't able to experience it. The same for drinks sometimes, some guests are very rude and have no manners. Used a staff member from the hotel to order a taxi, we went 2 roads away (roughly 4 minutes) and was charged £10. This should of been pennies. You are constantly stopped to be asked about excursions, spa treatments, beauty ect. This is fine the first time but once you've been through it all ten times it is really draining. Food is ok, something for everyone and there are Chefs on bbqs/making fresh pizza and Pastas. The staff work incredibly hard in all areas and are always happy to help. Had trouble with mosquitos and the staff left us spray in our room which was really appreciated. The pools are fabulous it's just a shame life's made more difficult for the English up to others.

Beautiful place to enjoy an incredible holidays, the staff is super friendly and attentive, the animation team are very friendly, Taz the animation girl is very cool, the food is delicious, and the hotel is clean and has a lot of activities to do.
