Öncelikle otel çok güzel temizlik,deniz, havuzlar inanılmaz güzel. Denizde ger türlü balığı görüyorsunuz. Cocuklar için sıcak havuzları var. Temizlik konusunda çok fazla iyiler . Restoranlar yeterli bence yiyecek içecek bir şeyler buluyorsunuz. Restauranta çalışan Mohammed Ali , Ahmed Yahia , Ahmed Essam hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Özel olarak her gün bizimle ilgilendiler. Animosyon Ekibi mükemmel cok arkadaş canlısı bir ekip Ayrıca onlarada teşekkür ederim. Tabiki herşey dört dörtlük değil fakat aileniz ile gidebileceğiniz en güzel hotel bence. A truly royal hotel. Excellent service. Discreet, unobtrusive but focused on the customer. The reception will handle every matter in a flash with a smile on his face. And the Front Desk Manager, Mr. Assam and the Guest Relation Manager are angels in human skin! 7 All Inclusive restaurants with great cuisine from around the world. Everyone will find something for themselves. Real coffee from the machine in every bar. Unlimited bottled water. Free Internet throughout the hotel, which is rare in Egypt. No pressure on baksheesh and everything is really included in the price. There is nothing, which is often in other hotels, that you have to wonder if, for example, coffee in a given bar is free. Everything is for guests! The location is excellent, close to the airport. Reef, pier and nice beach. A small shopping center opposite the hotel, where you can buy everything for a moderate price. But the biggest advantage of this place is the SERVICE!!! One of the best hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful stay - highly recommend! Beautiful resort, amazing food and a great atmosphere. Lots of entertainment, pools, kids club, beach, quiet areas as well as areas for play. Cleanliness is amazing, staff made the trip for us, everything you need is there. The most amazing staff - a special thank you to our lifeguard Muhammad Ahmed who was so kind and caring; our children LOVED him, Wael our cleaner for leaving us lovely towel designs that our children found amazing and for taking great care of our room, our servers A.Rahmen Hussain & Muhaud (unsure of spellings, sorry) for being so polite, efficient, entertaining for our boys and for being fab at their job, the lifeguard by our room was lovely to talk to and Yosha the photographer for also being great to our boys. Give them a pay rise, they deserve it! :) Thank you.

Back for our 20th visit, unfortunately only 8 days this time. We arrived 12.30 at reception and were greeted warmly as always, they told us our room was still being cleaned so to go and have lunch and should be ready after. On return to reception we were told the maintenance team just fixing air-con in the room but could go there, and it should be fixed shortly. Our bags were put on a buggy and both them and us taken to the room, the air-con man said it was all sorted now. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage and large bathroom with walk in shower, tea and coffee making and a small fridge, we found the lighting much better in the rooms than it used to be, before it could be very difficult to read in the room after dark now was much better. The room was cleaned and serviced daily, with water and toiletries topped up with towel sculptures on several days. There are many buffet restaurants to choose from each of which have a different style of food including Asian, Italian, Mediterranean, seafood and Egyptian, most of which are connected so you can get food from any and sit where you want to eat it, some of the restaurants are very busy and can be hard to find a table just after opening time in the mad scrum, but the staff are very fast at clearing tables as they are finished with so you can wait or either sit in one of the quieter restaurants or as we do eat a little later. Eating later here we have not had the problem of food running short or out as we have found in other hotels, all options are continually being topped up, right up to closing time. We tended to eat in the Tagine restaurant where we were very well looked after by Hanay, Esmat, Amr, Mahmood and Adel, much brighter and quieter than the others at lunchtime, after making some comments to one of the chefs about one of the dishes he very kindly made us a special version and brought it to us. We thought the quality of the meat had gone up this time, as we had mentioned in the past that some of the beef dishes had been a little tough. There was always plenty of fish available and so tasty and never overcooked. I always make a point of complimenting the chefs on any dish I like, and it always gets a great response with a big smile and thank-you, I'm sure they don't get that many compliments, and it always pays off to give praise where it's due. There are 7 pool to choose from, from the very busy and loud active pool to the quiet and relaxed chill pool to the larger water park as well as several children's pools. The lifeguards round all the pool are very attentive and friendly. There are bars near all the pools and the bar staff and waiters work really hard, we have been here so many times we think of most of the staff as friends we chat with them and have a good laugh with them also, we do tip a little at the start and more at the end of the holiday, but you get far better response by treating the staff as humans not as labourers as some nationalities see them.
