Well, well... I should know better by now. But still cannot believe my eyes almost till the last day of stay. It all started in the reception. With fake flowers... In 5* hotel, seriously??? Then staf couldn't remember 2 our names, asked twice and having our passports in hands... Coffee you have instant. The real coffee machine standing in the corner not functioning. And "real" coffee in the stand became more watery with every day till tea colour was darker then coffee... Same comes for the Turkish coffee. No normal quality coffee even for money, as this is "all inclusive" hotel I was told... Should go out to get one, unfortunately The service in the restaurant... Feels like customers are there for the stuff not the other way around. Food selection shorten day after day, and never changed. The only diluted oatmeal poultry every day, eggs and a table of pastry or chemically coloured cakes. In total what started as 3* ended in 6 days as bistro style with paper table covers - never-never I would expect that in 5*hotel. The only good thing was an option to dine in 5 different restaurants during your stay. At least that for a change... The territory it self - amazing ! Best part of the hotel. Felt like you live in the botanical gardens. Fortunately they still take good care about that. And the music by the pool never shuts up... Even at night, when no one is there, it plays till 11pm. Sometimes so loud that even with closed doors and earplugs you still hear it! Unlucky those who paid more for the seafront seaview deluxe rooms... Well, all those things speak for themselves. Oh, yes, forgot one more. Bad for you, if you are a woman not accompanied by man/husband... I don't know from what religious villages they've got most of personnel, but this if first time in Egypt I felt so much hateful looks towards myself when was asking anything or just have been there sitting with my friend (also a woman). How dare I open my mouth in a place I've paid pretty nice money, right?

We have had the most amazing 10 days for our 5th visit to this hotel. The hotel is approx half an hour transfer time from the airport. We had both a pool and sea view. The room is large with a seating area, balcony and superking bed, a bath and separate shower cubicle including a good selection of toiletries, complimentary soft drinks mini bar, robes and slippers. The hotel has a spa which we didn’t use. The restaurants all offer a good choice of food and there are plenty of them to choose from, Indian, Chinese, Lebanese,, A Grill and a buffet were all part of the all inclusive. There’s is also Waves by the pool and beach which offers a good selection of meals throughout the day. There is access to the sea along the hotels own private walkway where you can snorkel and swim with the most beautiful fish and there are flippers and life jackets if you need them. The pools are well staffed. The staff are all so friendly and do everything to make sure that your stay is a happy one. They are the reason that we return to this hotel. Starting with the good: The hotel and grounds are really well maintained especially the gardens which were absolutely beautiful. The solar panels on the roof were unobtrusive but a great idea. The terrace bar team lead by Hany were fantastic and helped make our holiday. Yaseen has a great sense of humour!! Ask Hany to make you one of his off menu cocktails and you won't be disappointed. The room was very good and the water pressure in the shower is worth a special mention. The New Year's Eve gala was very good if a little loud at times. The buffet was off the scale! The three bottles of spirits on every table meant you were never waiting for a drink. The Chinese and Indian a la carte restaurants were excellent. The pool area was well maintained and the heated pool was a pleasure. The Waves bar served great fast food options. The snorkeling off the jetty was great. Plenty of masks were available if you hadn't got your own. The taxi service offered by the hotel was great. We had arranged a return time but wanted to come back earlier. They not only arranged this but sent us a photo of the car picking us up so we could find it easily at the pick up point. The only criticism we had was that the menu in the main restaurant was a little repetitive. The food was excellent but the same dishes appeared several times during our stay and the same could be said for the entertainment by the pool. The same songs were played on a loop and it could get very loud (and distorted) sometimes. All in all we had a great holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our first Christmas and New Year in the sun.

We were in November, we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at this hotel. We had wonderful moments, we were treated like royalty The room was large and clean with a sea view, beautiful gardens, great pools and beach, you could admire the coral reef, the food was delicious. We recommend this hotel for 100%!!!!!

This it was my best vacation in egypt ever. Hotel personal was always happy smile and helpfull. Servucws was very good, also food and entertaiment. Sea is beautifull full of fish, so you dont must pay any other trip cto coral reef. We will come back.

The hotel is very nice and beautiful, ideal for those looking to relax in a calm atmosphere. The design and cleanliness are excellent – rooms are cleaned daily, and everything looks well-maintained. However, the entertainment is very limited and mostly focused on Russian guests. The same music plays every day, and it’s mostly Russian songs. There’s no music around the pool during the afternoon, which makes it very quiet – too quiet, sometimes. It would be great to hear a mix of music (some pop or international tracks), not just Russian or techno. Entertainment overall could use more variety and energy. On the bright side, the hotel staff is very friendly, and the service is great. A special mention goes to Sayed, the restaurant manager – he is very kind, helpful, professional, and truly the best person we met in the hotel. One important tip: do not take a taxi from the hotel – it’s much more expensive. It’s better to walk just outside the hotel and take a regular taxi from there. For example, you can get to the Old Town for about $4, while the hotel taxis ask for much more. Overall, it was a nice holiday, especially for relaxing, but the entertainment needs improvement. If you’re not Russian, you might feel a bit left out. Still, the hospitality and calm environment make it worth visiting.
