Me and my partner stayed at Rehana for 10 days and we had a great time !!! The staff was great !!!!Very friendly and helpful,the food was great!!! We recommend to try the spa and massage with Amir and Zizi they are the BEST !!!!!!!! Very clean ,amazing gardens ,big and clean pools !!! We had a very good time with the animation team they are fantastic,having activities during the day at the main pool and evening had a variety of of events !! Thank you!!!!

I am still here and don’t want to leave. This holiday is just what I needed - the hotel is lovely, the staff literally cannot do enough for you. You finish with your plate, they take it away, you finish your drink, they offer you another. They are all so nice and welcoming. The restaurant staff remember what drinks we like and put them on the table ready for us, the guy in reception Ramy greeting us so warmly and finding us seats and getting our drinks. We like the food, it is abundant and healthy with different dishes each day. The animation, bar staff, cleaners, maintenace, they all work so so hard so that we enjoy ourselves. The beach bar made us great drinks. For what we paid I cannot say one single bad thing about it. I would definitely return and recommend. Sandra and Mike x

I have rated this hotel 3 stars. We were a family of 3, 2 adults and our 16 year old daughter. Pros Lovely large rooms, with a fridge, comfy beds (3 singles) .2 heated pools, which you definitely need if visiting in feb. Beautiful beach with fantastic snorkeling in the shallows or off the jetty. Food in alacarte restaurants were very good. All staff were friendly. Grounds were amaculate, no rubbish and clean. Cons Hotel is 3 star max and is very dated. The main eating area isn't very good. Food cold, people just pushing in and grabbing stuff. Breakfast was probably the worst meal of all with regards to choice. All Inclusive drinks were oķ but they came in tiny plastic cups that give you 2/3 sips. Entertainment team really tried, but everything was not in English and they struggled to translate anything to us. The shower in our room was very old and just ran cold. We complained to reception and was told to run it for atleast 15 mins before it goes warm. We did this and nothing...... they really weren't interested in helping us. You can only get free WiFi in the reception area. We opted for 7 days at $10 per device. Overall, we were extremely lucky with the weather being 24/25°c each day with a beautiful location. We were the only English people in the hotel with the rest being mainly Russian. The occupancy was probably on 30% full. I could imagine it being extremely busy at peak. I would definitely return to sharm again, just not this hotel.

Had a great two weeks stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Fabulous service from the restaurant staff, an amazing team. Really helpful and friendly.Food was good, especially the freshly prepared food outside the restaurant. Mainly used the small pool near the restaurant and again the staff at the pool and pool bar were fabulous.

We read a lot of the reviews on here before we left and I must say that those people who'd left very poor reviews are either very inexperienced travellers or they expected a Champagne and Oysters holiday but paying Wetherspoons prices!!! Our experience was pretty positive. Sharm airport security is a little bit disjointed but no real hassle. On arrival at the Hotel, we were taken to our room which initially was very nice, however as we had arrived very late evening, we really needed to get some sleep and unfortunately the room was right next to the late night bar/disco so very loud. We contacted reception and they immediately placed us in a suite much further away from any of the bar noises, so, very good customer service. If you go on an All Inclusive trip at rock bottom prices you should not be unduly surprised that the food will not be amazing quality. We had a couple of dodgy choices, but to be fair if you stick by the rule, if its fresh cooked its most likely safe to eat. The moans about the beer and spirits are reasonably fair, you are paying a pittance in reality, so yes its local alcohol and it was a bit of a joke being served lager from a bottle into tiny plastic cups and at times they would easily run out and you had to wait for them to get more from their stores. However its drinkable and if you accept that you can have a small drink and reasonably often then its not an issue. If you come here thinking you'll be drinking gallons of top quality beers etc at the price you paid you haven't thought things through very much!!! The staff on the whole were excellent and extremely polite, a small tip here and there goes a very long way..... a tip of 50 Egyptian pounds is approx 75p in English ..... but in context, the average hourly rate the staff get is about 100 Egypt Pounds ( ie £1.50 ish ) or less, so that small tip in their reality feels more like £7.50 for us. The staff do get quite a lot of unnecessary abuse from Russian guests (that we saw regularly), so a cheerful Brit who tips occasionally is very welcoming for them, and they do miss the British. If you want quality then go and pay for it and enjoy it. If you're on a budget, wise up and accept the fact that you get what you pay for.
