Jaz Soma Beach

Hello friends... I just wanted to share with you my wonderful experience in this hostel that looks like heaven and the atmosphere in it makes you really feel like you are at home moving and spending time and enjoying without any pressure and on top of all this the animator team in fact I did not expect that I would find a team that is cohesive and professional in this way they are really a wonderful team and they have a convincing leader and he has a distinctive style that makes us feel the strength of his team in working and achieving wonderful things every day and also the food had a different taste in it the eastern Arab character and its details in the spices that make you not stop eating and of course we do not forget the rooms and the way they are cleaned and the touches of the cleaning workers there in the room and the decorations and thanks to the reception team for the good treatment I advise you to try visiting this hotel and my message to my friends we will meet soon bye see you in February ❤️🤍

We stayed in the Jaz Soma beach from the 5th of November for two weeks. What a gem of a hotel every member of staff from the gardeners and maintenance staff, the waiter bar staff reception staff couldn't be more helpful, I am not naming names as their are too many. I must make an exception and thank Mustafa, the head chef who went above and beyond. We hope to return soon. Rooms are great.

Just returned from a week at this hotel (12-19 Nov), travelling with a 2 year old. What an amazing hotel. The rooms are huge and beautifully maintained room (we had an adjoining room which was perfect for putting the toddler to bed whilst continuing with our evening in our bedroom and there were no patio doors in her room so it felt very secure). All the staff at the hotel are friendly and welcoming and they are so lovely with children. There is plenty of variety in the food, which is beautifully cooked and we could always find something for the toddler to eat. We ate at each of the specialty restaurants, which were excellent - with a special shout out for the mixed grill / lamb chops at the egyptian restaurant which were incredible! The pool side service is brilliant and the staff at reception are really helpful. There is free wifi with a decent download speed, and in addition to the usual english speaking news channels they have 2 TV channels (9 & 10 i think?) showing decent movies in english 24/7. The beach was very popular, the sand isn't the finest, but it is sand and makes great sandcastles. I also have to mention the "Jazzy" kids club which is fantastic and welcomes children of all ages. We stayed with our 2 year old at the Jazzy club because of her age (but we wouldn't have left her anyway) and we saw parents of much younger children too, who were joining them in with the activities and were made to feel very welcome. There were varied activities throughout the week, for example - on our first day they had a party with games and food, at the end of which each of the children were given a toy, and on our last day the children each made (and ate) their own pizza at the beachside restaurant, wearing chefs hats. The ladies who run the jazzy club have so much energy and enthusiasm and all the children adore them. Each evening they also have a children's disco in the Amphitheatre which the Jazzy club ladies lead, our 2 year old very quickly understood the "routines", shouting for DJ "banana" or "pizza" or whatever they collectively agreed to call the DJ for the next routine.. and doing actions for mickey mouse, barbie, superman etc. the parents were encouraged to get involved and there was always a great turn-out, each child leaving with a balloon every night, worn out from dancing to 30 minutes of energetic songs and just about ready for bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone with young children on the strength of the Jazzy club alone!

This was our second time to jaz solymar and again it did not disappoint!! This time we went with friends(last time with family) who felt the same as us and have booked to go again next year. I cannot recommend the staff there highly enough Amr, shaaban, amir, ebrihim, Mohammed Ahmed amazing cocktails in circle bar Animation Nemo NU NU mariam 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼the Italian restaurant and Egyptian restaurant was fab Anything u need or want they cannot do enough for you This place has everything u need food amazing beach amazing hotel exceptional would not hesitate to recommend to everyone can’t wait to see you all again ❤️❤️

Hotel is the best we have stayed in..and we have stayed in over 50 hotels in Egypt ..from check in by the lovely Daniel..to check out we where made to feel very special..our room was sooo clean.. it was a joy to come back after a long day on the beach.. food was lovely ..coffee at the beach bar served by mr muller was a delight..such a lovely humble man.. Beach was amazing..beach guys where smiley and so kind..the reservation of sunbeds was genius .you get 2 hours before 10am to go and have a leisurely breakfast..knowing your bed is there when you get back.. the entertainment was excellent ..esp lira..panda and mariam.. But its the staff that makes the Jazz the best. esp mohamed from shishi bar where we had our pre dinner drinks.. guest relations where outstanding..khalid..laura and the lovely kind Egyptian lady (sorry i forgot her name) went above and beyond..to make sure we had the best holiday.. we would recommend Jazz Soma Beach 100%..and we have already booked to come back next year!
