We went to Egypt many times, but this resort was by far the best we’ve been to! It’s clean, the food is great, the people are friendly and the rooms and beds are perfect. By arrival (before check-in time) we were told to sit back and relax, and got a refreshing minty towel and a nice refreshing drink. After the lunch we were told that we’ve got an incredible upgrade, booked a swim-up and got a superior suite with number 2001 (many many thanks for that!!) Almost the entire vacation we enjoyed our private pool, all is nearby when you don’t have to leave the room 😁👍 during breakfast they provide you with freshly squeezed juices (orange, mango, strawberry and more), and in the evening you can choose something from the buffet, or you can point out some meat at the grill outside. In that case, they make the meat of your choice fresh and believe me when I say it tastes SO GOOD! Never been back to a resort in Egypt, but I’m absolutely sure we will come back to visit you next year! Shoekran ❤️

Beautiful hotel, it's a shame there are no activities around. But it's a dream, the quality of the food is acceptable, the cleaning services are great, the people at the beach bar are a little rude. Whenever we go to hotels we do reviews, but we came to this hotel because it is for adults, classic so that they don't pressure for anything. For example, the animation group for super activities Respectful, I joined the class lesson activities, that girl really knows about dancing and how to teach Daniela, super kind and respectful. I watched as he slowly explained to an older lady, that It is having patience and dedication. Then Hoda did her acceptable pilates class, great aquaerobic farruk. Music a little loud but good music, and I felt uncomfortable with a rony girl I didn't see her for a few days, I thought she was new, she came up to me and asked me for a comment on TripAdvisor, that's normal, but I felt pressured. And the truth is I'm not going to lie. It is not a perfect hotel. and I gave him I told him when I get home I will do it, he left reluctantly. I felt she was rude. It's not nice that they put pressure on guests when the hotel is different. The music is very loud at the last minute, it is a bit unpleasant when it is already after 11 at night.

The hotel 100% met our expectations. Clean, tidy, rooms very well equipped. Service at a very high level, helpful, smiling and willing to help. A large selection of meals makes your stay more enjoyable. We will definitely come back here soon and bring friends.

A very beautiful hotel, where all staff goes the extra mile to make you feel great. We got a free upgrade from a panoramic to a royal suite, and it’s one of the best views we had on holiday. The hotel is quite far from any other town/village but there’s enough to do to keep you busy all day. The peer to the reef is a very nice walk and snorkling is also quite an attraction. Special thanks to Aziz and Mamdoh from the beach bar: hard working guys, always kind and in a good mood. Full thumbs up for the hotel and the personnel !

Pros: good food, freshly squeezed juices, good coffee, rooms clean and spacious, staff friendly. Cons: incredibly loud music during the day by the pools but the worst is in the evening: by 11:30 pm the noise is unbearable. The loud music spoils the whole stay at this hotel. It is simply impossible to rest here.

Perfect all inclusive stay, we were amazed by the standard and how modern everything is. Rooms are clean, cocktails at strong and good quality, perfect food and BBQ, immaculate service and experience Highly recommend and will definitely visit next time!

We had a wonderful time in Casa Blue, everything was perfect. Great food , room clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful , animation team takes care of guests every day. Special thanks to man who clean our room, he was very kind every day, waiters prepared delicious coffees and coctails. We will definitely come back here.
