My parents had a great holiday in the hotel. Nice clean room, staff does everything to give you a relaxing holiday. Great food and drinks, nice that you can also eat a la carte. Animation super. The hotel ansmd suroundings are so well maintained. We will come back again. Thank you Coraya

Steigenberger Coraya Beach - a disappointment from a well-known chain, it's better to choose another hotel! "We chose the Steigenberger hotel, hoping for a high level of service and comfort, but Coraya Beach, unfortunately, disappointed us. We expected much more for this money. Location: Yes, the hotel is in the beautiful Coraya Bay and the corals are really impressive. However, this is his only plus. There is nothing around the hotel except the desert. If you want to get out somewhere, you'll have to take a taxi or a tour. Room: The room was clean, but obviously needed repair. The furniture is old, the plumbing in the bathroom is shabby. There were always some minor breakdowns: sometimes the shower doesn't work, sometimes the lock gets. The sound insulation is terrible, you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and the corridor. Service: The service leaves much to be desired. The staff is not always friendly and helpful. Waiters in the restaurant often ignore requests, and at the reception you have to wait a long time for a solution to the problem. It feels like the staff is tired and uninterested in their work. Food: The food in the restaurant is monotonous and tasteless. The selection of dishes is small, everything is kind of fresh and tasteless. Meat is often overdried, and seafood is clearly not the first freshness. It's not thick with fruits and desserts either. Pools and beach: The pools are clean, but very small. There are always not enough sunbeds, you have to occupy them in the morning. The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the sea is rocky, you need special shoes. Corals are beautiful, but there are a lot of people, it's hard to swim normally with a mask. Animation: Animation in the hotel leaves much to be desired. The animation team is trying, but the programs are boring and monotonous. During the day they offer some sluggish aqua aerobics and volleyball classes, and in the evening they show amateur shows that cause more laughter than interest. It feels like animators work without enthusiasm and with a minimum budget. In general, if you are looking for outdoor activities and entertainment, then this is definitely not the place for you. Internet: Wi-Fi in the hotel works very poorly. It falls off all the time and is very slow. In general, Steigenberger Coraya Beach did not meet our expectations. The hotel needs repair and service improvement. If you want to enjoy your vacation in Egypt, it is better to choose another hotel. I don't recommend it."

A great place to relax, enjoy warmer weather and spend time at the beach. Coraya was great - the staff were awesome, animation team was perfect and just an overall great atmosphere. Egypt is always a good idea with great people and service and Coraya is no exception. Happy with my stay, happy with the views and nothing beats the beautiful sunsets here.

A great hotel with charm and lots of care for the guests. The home reef gives great swimming, snorkling and diving conditions and the hotel, restaurants, pool and service all the comfort you need. Staff at coraya is very professional and kind. They really understand the concept of service while being a great team and friend for each guest. Many have made our stay extra special, but let me mention most particularly, Ezraa and Loka as the female hosts, professional, helpful and always bringing their smile and advice, Achmed running the corner terrace of rhe buffet restaurant who truly cares for each guest, the great support of Ali on the beach and Mahmout from Luxor for making our first shisha event a real discovery and for his professionalism in the daily service, and finally mister Youssef, Ali, Adbo of the El Fayruz a la carte restaurant, keeping very high standards of hospitality and and extremely welcoming atmosphere for our lunches and many lovely evenings. All in all, a great stay in a great hotel, an excellent way to recharge the batteries and discover the natural beauty and culture that Egypt and the Red Sea offer.

Management is open to all suggestions and responds very quickly to suggestions. Beautiful and well-kept facility with interesting architecture, extensive entertainment program.
