True Beach Resort

We stayed at this resort from August 13th to 20th, 2025, traveling as two couples of friends. The check-in was quick and welcoming. The rooms were very beautiful and well designed, and cleanliness was good – we would rate it 8 out of 10. One small inconvenience was that one of the couples was initially given a room not suitable for their needs, which was changed after two days. The resort itself is stunning, one of the most beautiful we have seen in terms of design and setting. However, when it comes to services and guest attention, we feel it did not fully meet the standards of a 5-star hotel – more in line with a solid 4-star experience. One aspect that stood out was the presence of some stray dogs, which occasionally approached the resort or the beach in a very calm manner. We personally welcomed them kindly, but we noticed that the way the situation was handled by the resort could have been more considerate. A more respectful and careful approach would turn this into a positive aspect rather than a concern. As for food and drinks, being Italian we have quite demanding tastes, and we were not fully satisfied. The variety was there and it may suit guests from other parts of the world, but for us it was not particularly remarkable. The location is perfect for those looking for total relaxation, as the resort is quiet and isolated. On the other hand, reaching excursions was not very convenient (about 30 minutes for snorkeling and several hours to Luxor). The value for money was not the strongest point: prices were quite similar to what we find in Italy, which was surprising given the destination. This is probably related to the resort’s isolated position. Conclusion: we definitely relaxed and enjoyed the beauty of the resort, the sea and the excursions. Overall, we would rate our stay 4 out of 5.

This is a new resort with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness is good, the buffets are great, and there are plenty of entertainment options both at the resort and off-site, like excursions and more. I was impressed with how they handle meals outside of regular hours: just let the reception know, and they'll prepare a packed meal for you if you're heading out on an excursion. A special thank you to the staff, especially my friend Abdullah at the reception and the animator Nastya. I hope to come back soon.

A wonderful experience. The stay was perfect, the sea was stunning, and the resort is beautiful. The staff were very helpful — in particular, I would like to thank Abdallah at the reception, who was always attentive to every need, always ready for a friendly chat. Everything was just perfect.

My stay at the hotel left only the best impressions! The food was delicious and varied every day — there was always something new and appetizing to try. I especially want to highlight the animation team — they were incredibly positive, energetic, and attentive to guests. Even when I didn’t participate in the activities, they were always understanding and kept lifting my mood. A huge thank you to the animator Dana — she was always ready to help with any questions and was genuinely friendly. Every evening the hotel hosted different shows, and it felt like a real celebration! “Mr. Hotel” and the fire show were especially memorable — bright, exciting, and full of festive atmosphere. Thank you to the hotel and the whole team for a wonderful vacation!

It was a really nice experience! Nice hotel, pool, activities, everything. Specially waiters were perfect, a big thank you to Mohamed Abdelhady, always nice and helpful!

Everything was absolutely perfect — we truly don’t have a single complaint. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.
