This was our first trip to Egypt. The location of this hotel is very secluded; far from anywhere you can walk to, literally nothing nearby like local shops/local tourist attractions - so maybe you could class this as a total 'detox' holiday resort as you don't get WIFI either unless you pay for it. The hotel is lovely, food was good, and staff were friendly. We arrived late past restaurant opening times & requested a light snack - this was brought to our room. We were checked into the wrong room type, & the next day the reservation manager kindly arranged to change us to the room I had actually reserved; so thank you for sorting this out. Nadi & the reception team were warm & pleasant to deal with, as were the restaurant staff; Samy, Mohammed + 1 other always friendly and joking with the guests & of course running round getting drinks & clearing tables always with a big smile on their faces :) The food on Egyptian Themed Night was the best; but plenty to choose from breakfast/lunch & dinner times every day. The hotel provides entertainment every evening; the 'new' animation team are fun loving with lots of energy For us; we found Egypt a very German speaking Country along with lots of travellers from similar speaking Countries, although quite a few people we met could converse in some English. This is the first hotel we have stayed at where WIFI is not complimentary, but chargeable We were 'All Inclusive' however on our last day check in out we were charged extra to use the facilities - this was already paid for in the all inclusive rate; 1st day we didn't have lunch or dinner due to late arrival. Last day we had breakfast, checked out then charged extra for lunch/drinks before departing - again this is a first time experience for us as every other hotel we have stayed at let us carry on without extra surcharges We had a spa trea**ent from the spa located just outside the hotel; lovely people, I had a manicure & nails painted, but the polish came off in 2 days so for that reason wouldn't recommend for the price charged, it wasn't even Shellac! Even with some of the negatives we will definitely visit Egypt again in the future; probably to another are to have a different experience I would like to provide some suggestions for the Hotel Management Team to consider The excursion trip literature was written in either Arabic or German. It should also be written in English for your English speaking travellers (like us) WIFI is chargeable; it should be complimentary to guests even if only in the Reception Lobby area All Inclusive - extra surcharge - really this is already fully paid for, for the number of nights a guest has paid for

This fantastic hotel really is an hidden gem. It's right on the coast and the beach and sea are brilliant. The staff are truly amazing and can't do enough for you. They go above and beyond to make sure that every guest has a great time. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the food is varied and plentiful. The entertainment is okay too. Thanks again for another great holiday!

We, me and my husband, have found our second home. We will come back to Coral Sun Beach as long as we live. ( Inshalla, one must say in respect to this country). The reef in Coral Garden was the best we have ever snorkeled in before in Egypth. It was not only filled with fish, lots of them, more fishes than we have ever swimmed with but the corals seemed so healthy and beautiful. That probably explains why there are so lots of fishes. And we could not see that the corals had any growth of algae. This was our 19th trip to the Red Sea in Egypth. The room , the food, the staff was everything we could ever wish to experience. I was in this resort with my family. Resort is so nice and the people are very friendly!! I and my family was very satisfied, amazing holiday!! The meer was beautiful - snorkeling (coral life) - we was every day. Thanks for your care of mine body and my mind - Shaima has gold hands!! The offer was nice also in the shops - we have very many new things - Osama, George and John are the best traders. The food was very good. We want to get back to your resort, hopefully soon ❤️

The room include all necessary: hot shower, TV, soft bed, conditioner, kettle. We lived on ground floor with seaview and it was great. The meals were tasty and different. Enough vegetables and sweets. All day the team of animators offered different angagings. There was the diving club. I tried scuba diving in coral reefs and We had snorkeling every day. There were not enough paths for walking, but we had travels to the cities: Cairo, Luxor, Hurghada and we walked there a lot.

I visited this hotel in Safaga, Egypt based on reading a lot of reviews. However, I must warn you that apart from the underwater life that you can observe through a mask or goggles, this hotel is not worth anything. Immediately upon arrival, I was informed that if I wanted a room before 2 p.m., I had to pay 10 euros. Subsequently, I was asked for a bribe for a better room, which I finally agreed to. Although the room was located by the sea, it was deliberately chosen so that Arabs would be accommodated near the room, who would not stop making noise and having the television on before 01:00 at night, and very loudly. I understood correctly that my bribe was too small and that if I wanted to sleep I had to pay more, but I did not do that in any case. And I didn't care if the staff was having fun or not. As for the diet, usually only one or two dishes that you can put together with various side dishes, but a lot of tortillas and similar useless things. Asking if you want something to drink, they start coming to you after 3 or 4 days. In addition, this hotel is about 20 km from the nearest town - Safaga, so you are kind of trapped here. Boutique with sim cards and cigarettes overpriced by up to 100 percent. In addition, some clothes were stolen from my room here. Do not go here with small children under any circumstances, it really is such an Arab mess. A disgrace among hotels.

I had a great vacation during my stay in this Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful all the time. The hotel is clean and the rooms are very clean, clean bathrooms, the A.C works very well. This hotel have got a medical clinic with a doctor, pharmacy, mini market, diving center, bazaar, gem, spa...., the food is good, every night after dinner there is a show and attended the belly dancing and the tanoura show. Get a face mask for snorkeling 🤿 to see the Coral reefs and see the colored fishes they are amazing , try to get up early to enjoy the view of the sunrise, also they have a safari trips in the desert, all in all, you will not regret spending your vacation in this wonderful hotel, I am surely recommend this hotel. I want to thank Mr. Shokry for the reservation, Faras from the restaurant, Mohamed sayed from the reception, Medhat from the beach center, and all the staff working there, thank you all😍.

The Hotel is beautyful the beach is fantastic for snorkeling our room had a perfect seaview and Francesca from guest Relation was very helpful we are very satisfied and all the other guests were helpful and we had fun while playing Boccia and walking around at the beach
