Not only the fact that everything in the place, from the flooring to the roofing, is new, the design of the galley kitchen and the traffic patterns work perfect for any size group. There's private spaces when needed and group areas for gathers and TV watching. Outside, parking for cars and boats, room for the kids to run, great view and easy walk to the lake, large fire pit area with firewood for s'mores, and a nice size propane BBQ. It has three bedrooms, two baths, an all new galley kitchen with Amish built hickory cabinets, and new stainless appliances. The cottage has both central heating and air conditining plus several ceiling fans for cool air. The outdoor deck offers game playing with a large ceiling fan . A large outdoor fire ring is behind the house with plenty of wood available.. A private boat dock willl be added April 1, 2022. Guests will be able to put their boat in the water at the public boat launch and moor it at the property to access the cottage. Boat docks are also available at both the Espyville Marina and the Linesville Marina. You can rent a slip there for your stay or rent a boat (mostly pontoon boats). Fishing on the lake is 20 horsepower or less. Pymatuning Lake is known as a favorite vacation area for generations of visitors. The Lakeside Boating Cottage at Pymatuning is a short walk to the lake and has great water views from the kitchen and living room. It is a popular fishing spot for families from the surrounding areas and states. The lake is 20 miles long and offers the Pymatuning State Park on both the Ohio side of the lake and on the Pennsylvania side of the lake. Espyville is a very small community with friendly people and the best ice cream stand for miles around. This cottage is available during the winter months for a 7 night stay and spring, summer, and fall with a 4 nightminimum..
