Phòng rộng rãi với tiện nghi hiện đại. Bạn có thể nấu ăn trong phòng. Bữa sáng tự chọn được chấp nhận. Điểm cộng là bạn cũng có thể dùng tàu hơi nước trong bữa sáng. Tuy nhiên, bạn vẫn có thể dễ dàng tìm thấy các quán ăn xung quanh khách sạn. Nhà hàng Balqis bên trong Shaftburry rất đáng để thử. Nhìn chung khách sạn này là nơi hoàn hảo cho kỳ nghỉ gia đình tránh xa đám đông. Con tôi rất thích hồ bơi siêu lớn. Khách sạn được kết nối với Trung tâm Mua sắm Alamanda qua một cây cầu có mái che. Nhận phòng và trả phòng dễ dàng và nhanh chóng. Nhân viên thân thiện và hữu ích. Tôi sẽ đề nghị khách sạn cung cấp phòng vui chơi cho trẻ em, rạp chiếu phim mini, trung tâm bowling và nhiều kênh truyền hình hơn.

Nhìn chung thời gian lưu trú tại khách sạn rất tuyệt vời, phù hợp cho gia đình. Nhân viên thân thiện và lòng hiếu khách tuyệt vời. Tiện nghi hồ bơi là rất lớn. Ngoại trừ việc tắm bồn cầu ở khu vực hồ bơi hơi bẩn. Sàn nhà hơi bẩn và không được bảo trì, vòi hoa sen bị hỏng. Quản lý nên xem xét chi tiết về điều này. Nhưng tổng thể ở lại là tuyệt vời. Gần đó có nhà hàng và bãi đậu xe / xác nhận dễ dàng. Thích hợp cho kỳ nghỉ gia đình, có 2 phòng ngủ, phòng khách, bếp có máy giặt (tốt hơn hết bạn nên mang theo nước giặt), 2 nhà vệ sinh. Nhận tầng cao nhất đáng xem.

Căn hộ rất rộng rãi và thoải mái. Vị trí khách sạn nằm trong khoảng cách đi bộ đến khu phức hợp mua sắm alamanda. Rât thuận tiện.

Every stay felt like home. Cozy. Amenities are easily accessible and convenient. If there's room for improvement, i would suggest that buffet crew would check food and drinks are fresh. Not that they served bad food. No. It's a 'so-so'. Some of the cereals were stale and the yellow watermelon were ripened. Hence it is less enjoyable. But nonetheless, the rest pleasurable. Definitely going to stay there a lot more in the future.

2nd time stay with satisfaction. The room was clean & in good condition. Room service staff was good in keeping the room clean everyday. The aircond at the living room was not cool, perhaps need service but in the room was functioning well. Great stay

Good and clean fully furnished rooms with kitchen. Located in apartment building. Big supermarket complex around. Very nice staff.

It has always been great to stay at Mercure hotels anywhere nationwide and especially so in Putrajaya this time. After a long day of meetings, the spacious room and the ever so comfortable bed are nice to come back to. My apartment was so convenient with all the basic amenities provided. The staff are nice and courteous too.

Great hotel with good amenities...the gym could be upgrade with additional treadmill....to many people waiting to use during evening

Always my choice of hotel when we come to Putrajaya. Next to Alamanda Mall, convenient hotel with great food places and comfortable room.

I recently stayed at Mercure Living Putrajaya,and I must say, the ambiance was truly exceptional. The overall atmosphere was calming and beautifully designed, creating the perfect environment to relax and unwind. From the elegant décor in the lobby to the cozy lighting in the rooms, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The outdoor spaces were particularly delightful, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. However, I noticed that no condiments were provided in the room which was a bit inconvenient. Adding basic condiments like tea bags ,sugar, creamer in the room.

The hotel apartment is fantastic, offering a spacious living area perfect for relaxing or working, with a dining table that easily converts into a comfortable workstation. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped, including a washer and dryer, making it ideal for longer stays. The bedroom is cozy and inviting, with a plush bed and minimalist decor that creates a calming ambiance for restful nights. The buffet is another highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options and a unique touch with mini cooker hobs on each table, making dining a special experience. The service is excellent, and the reception staff are polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. A perfect stay overall!

Very good service apartment. The only -ve side is they don't have dedicated parking & not allow concierge to send luggage up to your parking spot even though it's in the same building & quite close. To ask us to park at the lobby for luggage during weekend will clash with public event & hotel event. The rest is very good. Bfast good, room comfy. Elevator brilliant.

Sangat berbaloi… Hotel cantik dan selesa, besar - pool besar, kids pool menarik, ada permainan dan water fountain…cantik.. - bilik selesa, besar… lengkap macam rumah… - breakfast sedap…macam2 pilihan makanan…mesin coffee pon ada banyak pilihan boleh buat…ada aiskrim…pagi2 boleh makan aiskrim dah…ada rebus2 mcm steamboat….soup dan tomyam…boleh buat sendiri….menarik… - bawah hotel ada mall…sangat mudah untuk beli belah…ada sukiya… - service pon sangat bagus…ada tertinggal barang masa check out….staf hotel boleh pos semua ke rumah guest… - receptionist sangat friendly… Overall hotel ni memang puas hati dan berbaloi dengan harga…
