A great services by the staff
Room is spacious enough for families
Unfortunately during our stay the restaurant is moved to another area for renovation. But the food choices is not bad. Taste good. Might need to add more traditional kueh muih. Toiletries provided is basic, would be nice if they could provide at least comb.

Strategically located at city centre of putrajaya and facing the lake. Near to almost all goverment buildings and Putrajaya Masjid Besi. Affordable price

Walking distance to Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque. {masjid besi). There is also a Hero Supermarket next door. Very convenient.
Quiet place and peace. There is a pool upstairs. Just dont stay in Level 2 coz Level 3 is their event /function rooms. Quite noisy at night when they are rearranging the furniture.

I found the room a bit dusty, otherwise fairly acceptable room for the price. Sky roof pool was nice.

Just need a nightcap before driving back on the road. For the purpose of that, this hotel is decent enough but I won’t stay here for the long run. Deco and style is quite old - similarly for their iron board. Bed is alright. There is cold/hot water dispenser outside the corridor of the rooms. Service is a tad slow - surprisingly has crowd at 10-11pm.

From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The family room that we booked was spacious and clean with comfortable king bed and linens. The room was overlooking the Masjid Besi Putrajaya which had a fabulous view.
There is a kettle, a small fridge and a large TV which we loved. The bathroom was nicely decorated with unique tiles. They provided plush towels and top of the line toiletry sets which they would replace every day.

Everything was superb. The Putrajaya view from the balcony is awesome. The swimming pool really enjoyable, my kids loves it so much. The breakfast serve was tasty too. The front desk service also very good and friendly.
