My wife and I went there for a "noche romantica". We had a fantastic stay. We arrived at 1.230-ish. Checkin was fast and easy; they actually gave us our room in advance. They gave us also lunch on that day and lunch on the day of departure. The room was very spacious and clean -- although not pristine. The view from the room was gorgeous. The indoor pools were super good although the larger pool is kind of cold. Jacuzzy was enough for 12 people or so and sometimes a bit crowded but not enough to mess the experience. the Noche romantica came with a very nice bottle of wine, two welcome cocktails, and one somewhat small champaigne bottle more than enough for two. Food and shows were excellent too -- all included too. One tip: ask for tap water. It is so good! We also had massages side by side. Very pleasant. The view and trails for promedanes are also very nice. Overall, it was an awesome experience that we expect to repeat.

The whole place is really nice. We loved the pools, food, outdoors, and lovely connected rooms. Everyone in our family, including the three kids, agrees that this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Chile. A bit expensive, but highly recommended.

We went to celebrate my wife's birthday, the place is very quiet with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. I highlight Camila who served us in the restaurant during our stay.

It is the second time that I spend a few days at Jahuel and everytime I get more surprised about the excellent and variable cuisine on one side and the variety of activites that you can do on the other side.

Very nice place, Amazing setting. Perfect place to realize climate change is real and not fake as I thought Personnel es particulary well trained. Food is above average . Louge opposite to bar lacks some soft music

Ambiente familiar. Personal muy amable. excelente comida. Ideal para relajarse con aire limpio, sin ruidos de la ciudad y piscina termal. Y muy cerca de Santiago. Se sugiere más actividades de trekking e implementar sistema más expedito para reservar uso de la piscina interior.

Muy rica comida. Un muy buen lugar de descanso y el personal muy amable. La atención es muy buena también, tiene actividades al aire libre y la piscina temperada y jacuzzi muy buenos. Recomiendo ir para pasar un rico y agradable rato y de descanso.

un descanso total, habitacion limpia, cama comoda, gran baño, piscina temperada exquisita. Comida rica y buenas opciones de entradas fondos y postres.gran variedad de tragos. harto donde caminar. tienda al interior muy entretenida y surtida.

Somos adultos mayores , a mi esposa le hacia ilusion pasar unos dias en las termas y spa. Su regalo de cumpleaños fue una estadia de tres dias y 2 noches prepagada. Ambos nos intoxicamos severamente con el almuerzo el dia que llegamos, esto condiciono el resto de nuestra estadia, ya que requeriamos algun trato y atencion especial que simplemente no esta disponible en ese lugar. No hay a quien recurrir. El personal no sabe que hacer en estos casos. No hay ayuda medica o recursos de asistencia. Uno queda lejos de su vehiculos y el lugar esta lleno de escaleras o subidas y bajadas abruptas para desplazarse a pie. En nuestra recuperación tuvimos que quedarnos principalmente en o cerca de la habitación en caso de necesidad. Habia obras en ejecución con ruidos molestos de equipos de construcción y corte de fierro a metros del edificio , sin parar desde las 9:00 am a las 5:30 pm. Tampoco hay servicio a la habitación o disponibilidad de bebidas hidratantes, indispensables para estos casos. Todo muy frustrante y se cobro por adelantado un servicio no entregado , como ser el cuidado del huesped, comidas sanas y el descanso tranquilo.
