We love the Anchor Inn, such a classy place and the owner, Paul, is so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, the gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast there is delicious with many options to choose from. See you next year!

I have stayed in a few B&Bs but the Anchor Inn Boutique has been the best by far. Its location is just a short walk from restaurants, shops and the water. The rooms are decorated in a lovely nautical theme with the most comfortable beds (all king), beautiful and spacious baths, refrigerator and coffee maker with numerous accompaniments. Each room has has an adjoining balcony to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Each evening, the room is turned down, shades/curtains pulled down, sweets left to enjoy. The owners of the Inn are most welcoming and strive to make one's stay a relaxing and wonderful experience. Breakfast is outstanding and made to perfection. There is no other accommodation I would even consider when visiting PIB.

From check in to check out this place was 5 stars. So beautiful and so clean. The State Room (the room we stayed in) was so comfortable and the deck facing town just added to the already amazing room. The bed was so comfy. The bathroom was huge . And out of sight there is a mini fridge with cold water in it, a coffee maker with pods and creamer, and safe to use if needed. And you can also find fresh coffee down in the lobby every morning along with fresh fruit, bagels, etc. The breakfast menu has so many options and the choices my husband and I made each morning were delicious. And last but not least, the owner cares about his guests and making their stay the best ever. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Beautiful inn, quiet but only a block from town and 2 blocks from the water. Room was amazing! 3rd floor room with very comfy Murphy bed, large patio perfect for light lunch and fabulous place to read a book! The heated towel rack was a nice addition to an already perfect room.

What a great find on this little island. Definitely for grown ups. The place is beautiful and the owner’s hospitality is wonderful. Their First Mate’s suite is on the third floor with a balcony that overlooks the quiet street and all the flowers planted here. Very pretty and serene. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast served is very tasty and they offer quite a bit on their menu as well as self serving. Staff were very pleasant and kind. They have a dumbwaiter to take your luggage to the third floor which was very convenient. We could walk to a very fine dining restaurant Goat Soup and Whiskey. Open for lunch and dinner. Five star B&B for sure! We were there on a Wednesday and Thursday. Island was not crowded, yet!

We stayed in the State Room at The Anchor Inn Boutique Hotel at Put-in-Bay over Labor Day weekend. We had such a great experience while we were there. The Inn is such a charming and beautiful place to stay. It was nice to have a safe and quiet side of the island to go back and relax for the night. We enjoyed the peaceful mornings having coffee on our porch, and then having a delicious breakfast made for us by the owner Paul Easterling. He is quite the talented chef adding a unique touch to his breakfast specials. Both he and his wife Emily are very warm and welcoming, and make you feel at home during your stay. I highly recommend staying here for a night or a weekend. We will be coming back next year!

This place is a gem. Great location within walking distance to town and all restaurants, bars etc. If you’d like to explore further and rent a golf cart, the Golf Cart Depot is right across the street. Our family of 5 (3 adult children) stayed in the Wee Anchor Cottage, which had plenty of room. The service was great and the breakfast is spectacular - made to order by Chef Paul. And the menu is impressive- the chilaquiles and Dutch Baby were my favorites. Will definitely return!

Had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend! The 3rd floor rooms were comfortable and spacious. Being a busy holiday weekend the Inn is close enough to walk around but yet at night the balcony was enjoyable and peaceful. Couldn’t hear any of the night noise in the rooms. The selection of breakfast foods was amazing every morning. The staff was polite and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Walls r thin. Could hear EVERYTHING in the next room. Staff was nice. But u had to ask a few times for simple items as we r almost outta toilet paper for example. If you stay here, bring ur own sheets, table runner for the dresser, towels etc etc. We got an additional $300 charge on our room because there was a pizza stain on the sheets, pea size lotion stain on the runner, etc etc that they automatically charged. Don’t u try to get out stains? The owner was ridiculous. No reasoning with him cause it’s their policy. We spent over $1000 for room. Then an extra $300 for bedding and a table runner. Ridiculous. We have traveled all over the world these past 30 years and have never ever experienced anything like this. It’s too bad cause its location is good. Breakfast is just as good. Planning on bringing both of our families back to Put in Bay but we won’t b staying here. Disappointing to say the least.
