It was a nice experience overall. The behaviour of the staff and the driver provided by the hotel was very good

The people were polite but the service could be improved. The prices could be reduced as well. The room was okayish although i would’ve preferred if they spoke english

Spacious room, neat & clean, food quality good, staff are cooperative. The bathroom is neat and clean. Overall good.

The overall experience was excellent by staying at this hotel. Staffs behaviour was good also the room services and the food quality was awesome. Everybody should come and enjoy their stay.

Third class hotel, not a single responsible staff, everyone gives falls information, misguide. Do not go to this hotel.

Reasonable budget friendly. Clean place. Very nice place. Quality, service everything is good. Timely food delivery. A1 service. I will suggest everyone to go here whenever you visit purulia

Hassle free check in and check out, good location, clean room, staffs are very well behaved, good amount of food options. Safe for solo female traveller.
