Hotel Pushpa (Berries Group)

The service and the behavioral attribute was very polite by ms pooja and ms ankita who regularly came for cleaning purpose and housekeeping to our room. Overall service provided by the hotel staff was very much appreciated

Behaviour,room service, cleaning n food was good but TV was not working (no channel) and room was too small

Room is not clean also interior work is going on common area not cleaned room no 104 if construction going on if need provide another room as replacement

Great hotel at a budget and nice restaurant close to the beach. It's not beach front, but only a 2 mins walk from Puri hotel. They were renovating so the WiFi didn't work, but apart from that we had no complaints. Staff were really nice and helpful. Would recommend.

room are not spacious. there is a lots of cockroach in a bed , table, cupboard. TV not working. towel not provided. bedsheets pillow cover were torn and dirty.

New Management has things to figure out. Issue were visible 1) Wi-Fi was not working and rudely it will not work due to construction 2) TV was not working , it was mentioned due to construction but later found out due to non recharge of Airtel TV , finally they recharged after 3 calls and showing it was not due to construction 3) Food was really below par, both breakfast and room service Good things 1) service people and cleaning crew were really good behaved and gave full support. 2) Room was good and location nice Overall I have stayed in this hotel for the last 5 years and loved it , but the new is making me regret this visit
