The property has appealing outside with gardens, and has sea facing views, but the rooms are not maintained properly. The the beau sheets and pillow covers were full of dust and fungal smell on them. We were able to see cockroaches too. The food tastes good and they charge nominal price.

Very bad experience. Super dirty. Horrible service. Staff was very rude. Ac didn't work. Bathroom was very dirty

Ac not working, after asking they will tell that there is no power. And 4, 5 or more hours you have to stay without ac and lift is not installed in the property

This hotel has good building infrastructure but it required renovation. Fully damaged building. Bedrooms are not safe for families. Staffs are not good, front desk doesn't behave properly. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. Towels bed sheets, pillows are very old. No proper mattress. I will suggest do not book this hotel.

location is good , but there is no lift in the property, even after paying for AC rooms .you use AC only when there is power and there is no power in the property for almost 3,4 hours or may be they have different switch to cut AC power . AC not working Even after paying for AC rooms you have to stay in non AC rooms As there is power problem in the hotel.

Hotel santana, the staff is polite and very helpful. Very good clean room and also bathroom. Very good room service. I think it's a very good budget friendly option with a beautiful garden. . . . Thanks.

I don't thier behavior. They are very rude and kind of unprofessional so i don't recommend this place and even town to new people

It’s like a lodge not a hotel . Service is very poor. They made us stay on second floor and there is no lift. The restaurant is extremely bad no quality food. Attitude of management is horrible. The toilets are from 19 century. The staff is unfriendly. No toiletries were provided No bar. Room service is very slow. We had to take our meals outside to survive. All furniture is hundreds of years old. Not a single good point. Very small toilets. Not a single trained staff.
