Good hotel

Nice clean and comfortable apartments, reception staff so quick and helpful. Restaurant had good options of food and clean. Pool cool but soon got acclimatised. Sea views, quiet at night, good entertainment low key. Lovely for families.

We have just returned from Isla Del Aire apartments. A lovely holiday with our daughter and 3 year old granddaughter. We had a 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment with garden. Our granddaughter loved it. So safe for her to play in. She loved the staff they were so good with her especially Oskar who she ran to everyday. Apartments were very clean with excellent house staff. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. We ate at the local restaurants every night which were within easy reach. We would certainly return here, it was so personal. Thank you for such a lovely holiday to all the staff.

Holiday 07/06-21/06, from arriving 2pm to leaving 11am fantastic Holiday. Reception excellent, friendly, welcoming, speedy check-in 😀, ground floor apartment, (114), spacious lounge, spacious bedroom, (beds very comfortable), spacious bathroom with excellent shower, wonderful private garden area with sun loungers, facing pool, apartment was excellent, plenty hanging space, enough facilities in kitchen, no complaints at all. Stayed B&B, breakfast perfect, all you expect from cold buffet to full English, again no complaints at all. Punta Prima very quiet area, several restaurants, nice beach ⛱️ ideal for both of us. We had an amazing holiday, but most of all, the staff were FANTASTIC, probably one of the best hotels 🏨 we have stayed in and an EXCELLENT holiday all round. Our thanks to ALL the staff and management for such a WONDERFUL hotel and holiday. We can fully recommend Isla del Aire, we will be back again very soon AMAZING 👏 🙀 😍👌👍🫶

Lovely little complex of 60 apartments of one and two bedrooms plus sofa bed. Set in pretty gardens with a nice pool and plenty of sun beds. We were self catering so cannot comment on breakfast, snacks or dinner. Kitchen has fridge with icebox, microwave and two ring hob. Plenty of cupboards, utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Nice sized apartment and the chairs on the balcony were comfy, not like the really hard plastic ones you get in most resorts. Lovely bar by the pool and reasonably priced. All staff we encountered cheerful and friendly. The Wi-Fi was quite weak and so were the English tv channels. Would stay here again.

This was our second time in Menorca, but first time at Isla Del Aire which was wonderful from start to finish. Check-in was quick and smooth. We had lunch at the pool bar - food was tasty and very reasonably priced. We were HB and the restaurant was across the road. There was a good variety of food, but there was always the ‘safe’ options available, eg pasta and pizza. There was also a paella option every evening. My 4 year old came away from this holiday loving paella! Water was included with the evening meal, but all other drinks had to be purchased. However, at breakfast time, juices, water and hot drinks were included. There was a lot of green space within the complex which was a lovely change from the last place I stayed at in CnB. We had a ground floor apartment which meant we had a little roped off garden with a couple of sun loungers, table and chairs. Apartment was clean and spacious. As with a lot of hotter places, be aware of ants. They do leave a little sign in the kitchen reminding us not to leave food out. We did find a few ants even though we didn’t leave any food out. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly, helpful and professional. Staff in the restaurant were always clearing plates very promptly and constantly cleaning the tables. Pool was great, but please get some more fixed parasols! It’s the little things that can make a stay a bit more special. My little boy loved having his little chat with Nacho! It was only a short conversation but my little boy appreciated you taking the time to talk to him. There was a lady who worked in the restaurant/pool bar (long dark hair) who always greeted us with a big smile and made sure my little boy got a small fork even without us having to ask. And another gentleman on reception who always made an effort to speak to our son and even showed him what a fist bump is! Both of you made my boy smile - sorry, I didn’t catch your names, but you know who you are! Thank you. So not only are the apartments and staff fab, the location is great! Supermarket is next door (very well stocked) and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away - white sands and clear water. I cannot wait til my next holiday!

The hotel is small and beautifully laid out with all apartments set around the pool.The apartments are a good size with lots of storage space and the upstairs apartments have two balconies one to the front one to the back.Each small kitchen has a fridge with small freezer compartment,two ring cooker and microwave.Bed was very comfortable.The WiFi and air con were not strong.Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.Restaurant and bar staff were also really lovely.We booked breakfast and it was excellent value for money.Hotel is a five minute stroll from the beach,restaurants and bars.

Nice chilled week. Hotel and grounds spotless, plenty of sunbeds, no need to reserve! Pool lovely and clean. Staff very friendly and all work very hard to accommodate guests. Negatives: food not great! We stayed bed and breakfast. Adequate. We had 1 evening meal by at the BBQ, I wouldn’t bother to upgrade. Bar meals reasonably priced. Entertainment on 3 nights.

We have just stayed for a week with our 4 year old and had such a great time. Apartments are spacious and clean - we had ground floor which had wonderful outside space. Everything was close by as such a small resort. Have to say the food was amazing - we actually think it’s some of the best we have had for half board. Staff are friendly and the whole place is just relaxed. If you want a big resort with lots to do this won’t be for you but if you want a great base then it is perfect. We hired E bikes and a car all week which is totally worth it. Will def stay here again.
