Very clean, perfect view from room. Nice place for couples and be relaxed. Staff were very courteous and friendly.

The staff were amazing to deal with. Friendly and professional. Fresh towels twice a day. Our suite and entire resort were clean tidy with three restaurants to choose from you had a variety to choose from.

Very nice Hotel, the best employee in all Hotel. Mayordomo is extraordinary people (Sigfredo), best attention in all moment. Very clean, place of peace, the food is delicious and the pool is great to relaxing. Recomended AA

It was awesome. The staff was full of friendly faces, and it didn’t change much during the stay so everyone knew our names and felt like friends.

We absolutely loved TRS Cap Cana. The pools and grounds were beautiful, the dining choices were excellent and the food was delicious, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Our butler Gerson was a great help and very responsive to our needs. There was a different nightly show and they were all very entertaining. We will highly recommend TRS Cap Cana

I like that it was adults only, all-inclusive, swimout room and entertainment. Carlos our butler was Excellent. He really made sure we were comfortable and took care of our every need.
I like the resort but it could have had better music and more dominican food.

We stayed at the TRS Cap Cana for our honeymoon. It was our first all inclusive vacation, and we weren’t entirely sure what to expect. Check in was quick and seamless, though we were tired after a big day of travelling. We noticed our first morning that we were placed in a junior suite after booking a full suite. We notified our butler and reception and with some prompting they had us in a new room by dinner time. There was really one option for a breakfast buffet apart from room service, but the fruit and orange juice were excellent. For lunch, there was the snack grill and Helios lunch menu. For dinner, there are three a la carte options (no buffet) and room service. The food was okay and there are options for everyone. The bartenders, servers and cleaning staff were so helpful and accommodating, though our butler required some follow up to ensure dinners were scheduled and answer questions. The pools were clean, and we had no trouble finding a spot to sit in the sun. The beach area was quite small (smaller than expected) and was covered in sargassum, which is not their fault. The a**osphere is very quiet, though there are daily activities to partake in (most of the time). The boardwalk along Cap Cana was beautiful, and something we took advantage of for daily walks. Overall, we were able to relax and soak up some sun; however, there were more hiccups than anticipated. We would return to the Cap Cana area in the future and with TRS, just not this hotel.

It was a very nice stay with great staff and you even get your own butler service which was great everything is in walking distance
