This place deserves 10 stars out of 5, its perfectly located, very close to the bus terminal, super market across the street, the host is super friendly, really lovely decorated place, PERFECT BEDS AND SHOWERS, good breakfast, luggage storage when you check out later, walking distance to everything, I don't think you can find a better place to stay in Punta Arenas. Probably one of the best places I stayed in Patagonia!

Very cozy room and friendly staff. We stayed there twice on our way to and back from Torres del Paine. The staff were super friendly and have gone beyond every detail to make out stay easy and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning made us feel like home. Highly recommend it.

Excellent stay at Innata Casa. Juan Patricio, Brian and entire staff are warm and welcoming. The accommodations are well appointed and modern. Breakfast was delicious and the morning staff was cheerful and patient. Location was perfect for restaurants, museums and groceries. Punta Arenas was an experience we will cherish forever. Muchas gracias Innata Casa and all the people of Punta Arenas!

I have been travelling around South America for around 5 weeks and this is by far my most favourite place of the entire trip.
The hosts were both really lovely and clearly wanted you to enjoy your stay here.
The room was very clean, the bed was super comfy and the internet was great. The breakfast was a wonderful start to my morning and something I really appreciated.
There was a supermarket across the way if you needed to pick anything up and lots of places to eat within walking distance.
I actually left something behind when checking out and did not realise until around 8 hours later, I messaged the host and still had my item, I was not due back until a few weeks later and the host kept my item ready for me to reclaim. I have my item back and couldn't be happier!
I would recommend to stay here! If I ever come back this is the only place I will be staying.

It was clean and cozy and the manager and helper were kind and friendly and helpful. I actually liked it better than the big fancy hotel our Antarctica group had booked. It is just more relaxed and homey!

The staff here were all absolutely amazing. They were helpful with taxis, provided a box lunch when we were going on an excursion and going to miss breakfast, and we felt so welcome the entire time. 10/10, would stay here again!
