The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great.

Just abysmal in every way. Untrained, young people on reception. No idea about service support. No help with bags available. No plugs in the bathroom. Went to reception and they said there is a plug in the hotel, but they had lent it to another guest. Avoid this property at all cost.

I am very disappointed of this hotel. This is an 4 star expensive hotel, but there are actually better hotel with a better price. This hotel is old, outdated, it really needs some renovation. The furniture, curtain, carpet on the floor inside the hotel is dated back from the 60'ies. There is an odd smell inside the hotel. Clearly the owner of this hotel doesn't care. The check in was very slow, it took me more than 15 minutes to be checked in. There is a lot of trafic noise outside my hotel. I am not confident with this hotel.

Great location - stunning view from room But rooms need better maintenance - shifted from one room as safe not working - in the new room thermostat did not work Most people use this as a base for tours and make an early start - so breakfast should open by 6 AM and they need more toasters and coffee machines - food was average Heated swimming pool was not working Lots of tour groups use this hotel - suggest have a dedicated check in / check out for groups so reception should have one more person at busy hours

It is a convenient hotel with spacious rooms. Rather dated. Don't expect any great food. Breakfast very basic, staff especially in restaurant need training in service quality and helpfulness.

This hotel was so kickass. Everyone's nice. The rooms are great. The location is great. I don't know if there's a nicer hotel in the city. And I don't care I have no reason no interest to go anywhere else And I love that they have netflix there you got a nice woman and Netflix? A nice room you'll make it in life!

Great hotel moderately priced for a layover located along the waterfront.
Better properties exist as the hotel needs to be updated. But considering most stay in Punta Arenas for a night or two, you can’t go wrong.

Huge hotel, very dated. Inside the room was very basic, no kettle for making drinks, however, the bed was comfortable and shower was good. Good wifi. It was clean and warm. Good parking facilities and good breakfast. Stay was comfortable just the building decor, furniture and interior are basic and old but still functional.
