Não condiz com as outras Casa Andina que conheci no Peru; até a
CASA ANDINA STANDARD MACHU PICCHU é melhor; principalmente em relação ao café da manhã.
Não gostamos também do fato da gerente do hotel tomar café da manhã com os filhos/família no salão. No último dia em que ficamos no hotel, havia somente uma funcionária (tadinha, super querida) pra dar conta de tudo; um abuso...

Situated directly at Lake Titicaca you'll have great views over Puno and the lake especially during sunset. Moreover, the hotel boasts a good cocktail bar with a great variety of mazerated Piscos. On the walls you'll even find pottery from the Tiwanaku-era. The only drawback it takes about ten minutes by Taxi to get to the centre.

Staff was wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. Views very spectacular. Rooms were a little small and the beds far to short for us tall people. I am 180cm and half of my bottom leg stuck out, unstuck the sheets and it helped. Well worth a stay.

Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly. Clean and nice decor. Right on lake Titicama. The heating was a little lacking for someone from the tropics. But the highlight was the restaurant - the food was excellent!!! We stayed in a Casa Andina hotel in Sacred Valley but the food at this location was much better

Awful hotel and a stain on Casa Andina brand as they’re usually good. The rooms have no heating or aircon so are currently like ice ( I slept fully clothed). The bread was stale at breakfast and the eggs and coffee cold. It’s really for cheap coach tours staying for one night and unless that’s you avoid like the plague

The hotel is located right on Puno Bay but around 5kms from the main city centre. The hotel has its own jetty so you can arrange a boat to the Uros Islands directly from the hotel. The room was spacious with 2 beds, desk, wardrobe, table and chair, mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Also had a small balcony with views of the bay. Good amenities in the bathroom and free water provided. We ate dinner in the hotel which had a good selection in the restaurant and some options in the bar area. Breakfast was ok with a decent selection and coffee from a machine.

Facilities are generally good and has a private pier. Provides a lookout over lake tititcaca but the restaurant exhaust are poorly located. You may be covered by the smell of food if you stand at the balcony. It is about 30mins walk from main plaza. There is only taxi, and no Uber service here.

The hotel Does Not have a lift which in this altitude is a must. We are staying here at the moment and we have to go walk2 floors down for breakfast. For people not used to this altitude I would definitely Not recommend this hotel. The location and service was good

Location is on the lake but out of the city (we’re told that we may not want or need to go there anyway), but excellent for a lake trip to the islands. Nice lake views from the rooms. Breakfast was a little weak compared to the other hotels in Peru. The bar and fireplace with games convenient for chilly evenings! Bartenders both super nice!
