Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel

Very loud noise from DJ . Could not sleep till 2 AM. Missed the meeting next day. Complained several times but no use. Complained to the ***ager , but no response. If you need to sleep well at night, do not stay in this hotel .

I have stayed in this property for 3 days on a business trip in Pune. Location: Strategically located near railway station. Metro station is also at walkable distance. Although not much near the hotel, but can cross for the market to other side of the station Room: Very spacious room with all amenities required. Bar facility is also there filled with drinks and snacks Food: I generally had their buffet breakfast, the spread was decent but can be better with some more options of local varieties. Food was good taste. Service: Service has been great. Staff was very helpful during the stay. Overall had a comfortable stay. Nice personalized note from chef. Thanks

Staying at Sheraton grand Pune Bund garden was not just about the luxurious amenities, but about experiencing genuine hospitality at its finest. They surely give a challenge to Oberoi's (which I never thought any hotel will ever do) in the hospitality segment. Right from the reception, where we met Akshat, who was polite, friendly and extremely understanding, to Rishabh who took over from him, going an extra mile to provide us tea/coffee in the room and offering us fruits (without any extra charge), calling us regularly to make sure if we need anything and sharing his personal number. Then we met Ravi at the club lounge- again extremely courteous, and Babul who prepared the wonderful cocktails for us and sarthak, the server. The next morning we met Mr. Anil, a perfectly amazing gentle*** with 28 years of experience in hospitality. He too left no stone unturned to show his excellence in hospitality. He provided us a few fruits for our journey and guided us further. Beside him was Sonia, again a gem in hospitality with her million dollar smile and courteous conduct. I have stayed in large number of hotels including the Taj palace mumbai and ITC grand bharat, but such hospitality have bern found in very few hotels. Rest, the rooms were a bit small for the three persons, the pools on the terrace was average, the interiors were amazing - so ***y large chandeliers all around, the breakfast was good, the property is wonderful. Our stay was lovely. I would certainly like to stay here only on my next visit to Pune. Overall, the personalised attention and genuine kindness of the staff especially Rishabh, made me feel truly valued!

The Grand Sheraton hotel is good place to celebrate the special occasion. At the Feast restaurant Sanjay assisted us very well. Prem and Sanjay gave a great service . The buffet is awesome with the deserts and everything 🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂

I wish to express my great satisfaction for having been not just hosted in this hotel but, in fact, felt at home. I was not simply hosted in a clean, large, well equipped and comfortable room, but also taken care of by lovely staff. Also the breakfast service and dinner service was excellent: I thank all the staff for their professional and warm welcome. A special thank to Feli, but also to all the waiter team, so gentle and welcoming. The room ***ager also knocked at my door more than one time, asking if it is all was right and if there was any problem with the room. Other services, such as a gym room, a wellness centre and a pool are available. However, the very elegant atmosphere and the very lovely persons that host you are the really best point of this hotel.

A quick getaway from home!! Loved the place, absolutely brilliant!! A warm welcome by the staff ensuring that we were well taken care of. Special shoutout to Yogita from the front desk who ensured our stay was comfortable.. Keep up the great service, look forward to visiting soon

Beautiful property with lavish interiors and lobby. Staff is very polite snd nice. I really the hospitality and services they offered. Would love to stay back. Plus its near to airport .. mot much far… food was awesome .. entire staff is great.
