We recently visited Cloud 9. The stay has been comfortable and The staff ie Rajkumar. Nehar. Dipu are cooperative and hospitable. We specially liked their new dessert ‘cashew nut fudge with vanilla ice cream’. It has been a good experience

Good Hotel, Good Rooms, Good Food. Neat and Clean Resort, very peaceful Resort. Staff Mr. Sahil Thakur front desk and Mr. Nagesh (HKM) always very helpful, Restaurant staff also very helpful. Overall good experience. Check-in by Mr. Sahil Thakur was done very fast and same with Check-out. This was my first Visit and Would love to visit again. Will recommend other to visit this resort. Keep up the good work....

It was an amazing experience. There is variety of food available and it is delicious. Place is nice for celebration. Swimming pool and lawn are good for an event. Their management and service is also good. The rooms are also spacious with good views.

A Perfect Wedding Experience at Cloud 9 Our wedding at Cloud 9 was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue was stunning, with beautiful rooms that easily accommodated all our guests. The outdoor space was ideal for pre-ceremony photos, providing a picturesque backdrop for our special day. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was flawless. A special mention to Mr. Sahil Thakur, the Front Desk Person, who was exceptionally helpful. Every time we called the reception, he responded promptly and with such warmth, ensuring everything was taken care of and on time. Additionally, Mr. Nagesh, the H.K. Manager, handled all our requests and complaints with great professionalism, always making sure our guests were comfortable and satisfied. The food was absolutely delicious, with compliments from everyone on the variety and quality. Mr. Laxmi Das from the restaurant provided excellent service, attending to each guest with care and making sure everyone was happy. We especially appreciated the dedicated Bridal and Groom Villa, which made getting ready on the big day so much easier and stress-free. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Cloud 9 for any special occasion. The team made our wedding day unforgettable, and we are truly grateful for everything they did to make it perfect.
