Firstly, the receptionist who was there at 1335 hrs was indifferent and responded as if he was give out his own property for free. He then allotted a room which did not have the balcony. However the booking was for a premium suite 2x with balcony. When asked about this he replied unapologetically that the guest has to make a special request. He then said the rooms are subject to availability. After I insisted about my booking he very reluctantly allotted another room which had balcony.
After entering the room, I found that there was no water bottle, no basic crockery , even water glasses. The soap dispenser was leaking.
The AC was almost defunct.
The intercom was clearly defunct.
The room doesn’t deserve to be called a premium suite. A request to Magnus group to understand basic English before naming their room categories. The corridor outside was strewn with litter and used plates and linen.
A pathetic property.
Overall a sad experience.
