Doesn’t value the cost.. poor room.. no dental kit.. no shower cap.. poor breakfast.. poor cleaning..

The service, the food & cleaning is very bad. The Reception & the Staff also not cooperative. Food is also not upto marks. Breakfast could have fruits as option. The experience of my stay was very poor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all..

There where baby cockroaches in the restaurant dinning table
rooms ac was not working, and room had mosquitoes.

Horrible staff at the front office Mahesh Pathak, very rude and ill behaved, we reached hotel at 10:30 pm with prior booking of 4 rooms, we have also requested for a stay facility for our driver, when we arrived there was no place left for the driver, we requested for a better facility for our driver, this guy was so rude he told the driver to go out and look for facility and when we asked him to behave he asked his people to cancel our booking. I think he feels he owns this place and doesn’t understand that this is a service oriented industry and even the driver is human and deserves respect. I will never advise anyone to opt for this hotel.

Breakfast is not good the price we pay is not worth for this room or hotel. Waste of money. Room walls were dirty. And no tea or coffee packs or cattle. If i pay 5k then rooms has to be up to the mark.

Quality of food is good. But there is no option in breakfast for fruit and juice which are standard norms now a days. Room quality is pretty poor with respect to cleaninnes. I would not recommended this hotel to any one.

Good location and the staff are very friendly. Food quality is good but service is quite poor and needs to be improved significantly.
