Basic facilities like glasses were not provided, they had different single bed mattresses on a doubled bed and different bed sheets as well which was not comfortable at all.

All things are available nearby hotel is also good staff is well behaved and free breakfast is there

Very clean, good customer service good housekeeping staff, very convinient location, 15 minutes walk from pune railway station

Too many bed bugs the room was not clean as soon as we turned the lights off all bed bugs we vacated the room within 30 min. We even complaint at reception with video proof he just said we had put medicine.

Behaviour of the receptionist was terrible. Cleanliness of the room was horrible. You can easily see the insects roaming in the room. Amenities are not up to the standard mentioned. It is above the hospital and they don't even have a proper reception even.

Actually there are small insects in bed. No cleaning in bed. I have faced problems with insects
