Hotel Kamlesh

The stay was unpleasant when entered in the allocated room we found a lot of cockroaches and tried changing the room but same situation with another room so the staff helped us clean those for time being but still we saw few, the bathroom was not clean as well.

It was a very bad experience, it is a very dirty hotel, never book it, there are lots of cockroaches, the washroom was dirty, cockroaches were roaming on the bed

The pillows were unclean. The washroom had an open window with only paper hanging. The water provided to us was in unsealed bottles. Overall management was bad and lacked basic cooperation and understanding.

Facility was good, but bathroom was okay, whereas no facility of breakfast was given whereas it was included in my package. Overall, it was a good experience

I had a terrible one-day stay at a hotel that I booked last minute. The pictures made it look decent, but as soon as I arrived, I knew I had made a mistake. The lobby smelled musty. When I got to my room, the nightmare continued. The door handle was loose, and I had to jiggle it multiple times just to get in. Inside, the carpet was stained, the bed looked like it hadn’t been properly made, and worst of all, there was a weird smell—like a mix of mildew and something rotten. I checked the bathroom, and the towels were damp Hoping to make the most of it, I decided to order room service, but the phone in my room didn’t work. By morning, I couldn’t wait to leave. When I went to check out, the receptionist didn’t even ask how my stay was. I was so exhausted and annoyed that I just grabbed my bags and left. It was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I made sure to leave a detailed review warning others to stay far away.

There was no window lock, the hotelier did nothing about it even after repeated complaint. Hotel was clean and service boys are good.
