Zostel Homes Bhor (Near Pune)

Location is good ...but electricity is big problem. Generators backup is only fans and light, but u can't use a/cs, geyser, fridge. We stayed there for 2 nights out of which there was no electricity for 6 hrs on day 1 and on day 2, there was no electricity from 7am till next day checkout( more than 24hrs). So visiting this place in summers is a big NO. Water was very muddy in the bathrooms and kitchen with a fishy smell in it. Reason given was that the river was dry. No options for meals. You can only order a veg or non veg thali and you have to take whatever is made. Caretaker leaves the premises and is not reachable after dinner. They come back only after 9am next day. So if there's any emergency at the property you r left alone to deal with it. Overall the location is amazing, property is clean and well maintained but they need to inform their customers on booking about the electricity and water problems. They r charging equivalent to an a/c hotel room but nothing works well.
