From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured our check-in was quick and smooth. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a view of the pool. The hotel restaurant offered a delicious breakfast spread every morning, with something for everyone. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the area. The hotel is ideally situated near the station and major attractions, making it easy to venture out and explore. Overall our stay was simply great. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and memorable family vacation.

my recent stay at dove's kohinoor exotica in lonavala with my family was a thoroughly disappointing experience. while the rooms were spacious, almost everything else fell short of expectations. one of our rooms had a malfunctioning geyser, and the water flow in both rooms was very slow. to make matters worse, water started leaking from the ac in the middle of the night, which disturbed our sleep and overall comfort. the staff seemed untrained and overwhelmed, which affected the quality of service. breakfast was poorly prepared, and the food quality, in general, was far below standard—especially considering the high prices they charged. every food order took a very long time, likely due to the limited number of staff on hand. we noticed that other guests were also unhappy with their experience. finally, when i requested the food bill, it took 36 hours and numerous follow-ups before they provided it, which was frustrating and unprofessional. overall, i would advise others to avoid dove's kohinoor exotica in lonavala. despite the spacious rooms, poor maintenance, low-quality food, slow service, and unreasonably high prices made it an unpleasant stay for our family.

Dear mm t why you are removing this hotel from mmt, i have booked hotel with breakfast but hotel staff and manager denied that and i shown him booking invoice also but he didn’t change his decision, mm t care also called him for solving issue but they didn’t pick the call of mm t employee also. I suggest to other customers of mm t don’t booked this hotel by app because hotel won-er need more money and if booked directly with higher amount owner will do whatever for you
