the refurbishment is really good, especially for bathrooms (showers), the personnel is even better, the management extremely helpful. the free beach just accross the roadtends to be busy, but it is acceptable and worth it. the two little kiosks on the beach are are great, esecially Montedarena for a cold/warm quick bite. the room furniture is much better, plenty of space, fridge (empty), wifi works flawlessly. we found a way to watch on TV our netflix7amazon rime etc., easy. Air condition perfect. Of course the sea view is worth the price with the balcony (2nd and 3rd floor) or terrace 8first floor only). We had a master beds and two single beds. the latters weren't too solid, but no complaints. We had dinner only once at the hotel so we canot really say if it is good or bad. the free guest parking makes the difference, if it were fully sheltered it could have been even better. thanks to Fernando and hi team BTW for people tht remembers the olf lift, the new one is fastest and spacious (10 people Vs 2)!

L'Hotel è molto bello, in una posizione panoramica e ristrutturato da poco anche con rifiniture di ottima qualità. Camere molto belle, funzionali con bagno anche molto ampio. Il servizio però lascia molto a desiderare, piuttosto alla buona specie se si considera che i prezzi non sono proprio bassissimi. La colazione volendo è anche buona, ma suggerisco una disinfestazione come si deve perché tutto era invaso da mosche ovunque, sia sul cibo che attorno alle persone e mangiare così è veramente snervante. Parcheggio molto comodo e gratuito sul retro dell'albergo. La spiaggia antistante è vicinissima, basta attraversare la strada ed è molto bella e sul lungomare è possibile trovare locali, ristoranti e servizi in genere. Incantevole la pineta poco distante.

Ho trovato per caso questa struttura e ne sono rimasto affascinato, camere nuove e ristrutturate da poco bellissime e funzionali, servizi eccellenti, personale gentile e disponibile così come il proprietario, ti fanno sentire a casa, colazione ottima, spiaggia difronte sia con lido che con bar che offre sulla spiaggia libera la possibilità di affittare lettini e ombrelloni a prezzi bassi soprattutto se clienti dell'hotel. Siamo felici di aver scelto questa struttura e speriamo di ritornarci il prossimo anno.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo Hotel per 10 giorni, ringraziamo il proprietario che ci ha dato la possibilità di spezzare la settimana. La struttura è in una posizione strategica, fronte mare. L' hotel e le sue camere sono curate e molto pulite ed il personale front office è molto gentile e competente così come il direttore e le cameriere sempre puntualissime con i loro servizi. Il personale di sala è cordiale ti accoglie con simpatia soprattutto il giovane Francois. Il problema vero dell' Hotel sta nella Ristorazione, antipasti composti da soli frittini, i piatti sono abbondanti ma il pesce è mediocre, la colazione non è continentale e la scelta è molto limitata. Consigliamo di curare di più l' aspetto gastronomico perchè quando si va in vacanza si predilige anche il mangiare bene.

Bellissima struttura direttamente sul lungomare di Marina di Pulsano. Camere ristrutturate e curate nei minimi dettagli, ben pulite e complete di tutti i comport. Il personale molto disponibile, cordiale, i ragazzi di sala sono giovanissimi e simpaticissimi con tanta voglia di lavorare. Colazione sia dolce che salata ottima, abbiamo provato anche il ristorante davvero tutto buono, cucina molto casereccia. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi vuole staccare un po' la spina, si sta davvero bene! Ci ritorneremo senza dubbio.

Hotel completamente ristrutturato, camere molto confortevoli, non manca nulla. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Un ringraziamento al Sig. Fernando titolare del Sud Hotel sempre attento alle richieste del cliente. Mare cristallino a 20 metri. Consigliatissimo. Ci ritornerò.

Struttura a pochi metri dal mare , ristrutturata da poco e con stanze accoglienti e sempre ben pulite. Personale cordiale e disponibile pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Colazione completa e cena con menù a scelta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Vacanza da rifare. Giuseppe Virgilio

Hanno ristrutturato tutto l’hotel e le camere sono bellissime. Ottimo servizio e gentilezza del proprietario. È di fronte al mare con la spiaggia con il mare basso e celeste. Siamo stati benissimo e la vista è meravigliosa dal balcone. Consiglio vivamente. Qualità prezzo ottimo.

Posizione strategica vicino le più belle spiagge del Salento e mete turistiche ( la massima distanza , a meno di due ore); urilissimo il parcheggio sia della struttura che quello esterno; struttura esterna buona ma da rivedere gli interni; ascensore non funzionante appena arrivati, avevano detto era questione di ore invece siamo partiti e ancora non funzionava. Staff comunque gentile, buona la convenzione col lido di cui però non abbiamo usufruito perché abbiamo girato diversi lido e spiaggie.
