Cơ sở vật chất tốt, vị trí hoàn hảo, n*** cạnh cầu tàu nhưng dịch vụ cần được cải thiện. Bình tĩnh chờ đợi trong 1 giờ 15 phút để có bàn ủi đến phòng của chúng tôi, và nhân viên đến đập cửa quá lớn và rất thiếu kiên nhẫn. Chúng tôi không mất hơn 10 giây để mở cửa nhưng cách anh ta đập cửa giống như anh ta là người đã đợi hơn 1 giờ. Rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp.

Địa điểm tuyệt vời, gần cầu tàu. Dễ dàng mang theo hành lý. Ăn sáng với nhiều loại thức ăn. Dòng chảy tự do từ mini bar.😍 Không có nơi nào để làm sạch bàn chân của bạn sau khi trở về từ bãi biển. Chúng tôi sẽ mang cát đến tận phòng. Ban công phòng 326 rất nóng do có lỗ thoát gió từ ac ở đó. Chúng tôi không thể tận hưởng ban công để ngắm nhìn cảnh đẹp. Nguồn cấp nước bị cắt trong vài giờ. Nhưng chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè của chúng tôi

We enjoyed our stay. 5 days was too short! The restaurant food was better than expected and they have a spa inside the hotel. The location was perfect! I would like to stay here again!

Always best place to stay here. I will repeat bring along my families to stay this hotel.

We stayed at Mimpi Perhentian Resort Hotel at the end of June for 3 days and 2 nights, and we regretted not booking a longer stay. Our sea view triple room was perfect for our little family of three, including our six-year-old boy. The resort offers the best views on Long Beach, and we loved the chill vibes in the morning and the lively atmosphere in the evening and night. Booking all our island trips through the hotel was super convenient since we could charge everything to our room. We did snorkeling during our island tour, which is an absolute must-do when you’re on the island. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and great water pressure for showers. The saltwater hotel pool was also charming and a great spot to relax. We appreciated having the staff handle our luggage and bags, bringing them from the jetty at Kuala Besut all the way to our room at the hotel itself, which was superb! The boat ride to the island was also great, seeming more luxurious than the ones offered by the other resorts on the island. Each and every single staff throughout the hotel was amazing and friendly; making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was just okay, but no worries! There are plenty of cafes just a stone’s throw away with affordable, really good food covering almost all cuisines. A beautiful stroll away, these cafes added to the charm of our stay. Mimpi Perhentian truly is a dream come true. We can’t wait to return!
