It was absolutely an amazing experience staying at this place. Location : Perfect location. Lush green. Amazing beaches nearby. Good connectivity via Taxis as well as public transport. Beautiful aquarium nearby. Also, do not miss the beautiful Ambrela beach nearby. Rooms : Clean. With a kitchenette. All required utensils present. Microwave and fridge available. Service : 24 hour reception with super friendly staff. The cleaning staff is very responsive and no complaints against them. Food: The resort has it's own shopping complex with so many restaurants. You get everything! They even have a supermarket. A bit expensive, but the extra money is for the convenience. Pool : Three sea water swimming pools with a pool bar. The only drawback is that the pool closes at 19:00. It should be extended till 21:00 at least during summers. Perfect for families. Just book! Do not think twice. This place will be remembered by us as the place where our 1-year old learnt to swim. Thank you Park Plaza for the experience.

J’ai longtemps hésité vu les différents commentaires , honnêtement j’ai été très très contente . Déjà la ville de Pula est très chouette et les infrastructure proposées par l’hôtel était vraiment super . La piscine est un grand plus , l’hôtel est équipé de distributeur de billet et d’une supérette ! Le personnel est charmant et très attentionné . Le seul bémol pour moi c’était le bruit lors du nettoyage de l’appartement d’à côté , j’ai été la seule dérangée car j’ai un sommeil léger , mon mari et enfants n’ont rien entendu 😅

這家酒店最大的優勢就勝在周邊環境和酒店的泳池。其他都一般般，房間設施有點陳舊 户型也很奇怪，衞生也一般有螞蟻。如果衹是為了周邊環境 游泳，設施等不在意那可以考慮

Es war alles sehr gut. Frühstücksbuffet top. Alle sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend. Jederzeit wieder.

Nice enough resort spoilt by Travelup travel agency.On arrival told we had no reservation even though we had booked with Travelup in February. Reception staff then told us wrongly that this company had gone bust 4 weeks prior which was untrue We had to pay full price again.Problem however was not the hotels and they eventually did their best to help . Problem was Travelup. Place was clean,good breakfast,never got to sit by pool as there is a towel culture.Nearby beaches crowded, small and sharp stones Water lovely. Pula 20e taxi ride ew. More expensive generally than thought

this is the fourth time i’ve stayed at this resort and once again we’ve had a fantastic holiday. the apartments are basic however have everything you need, we were given a great view of the sea close to verudela avenue. plenty of restaurants in and around the resort with resonable pricing. the pool was very busy and you had to queue for a sunbed from around 8:40, not an issue for us as we are early risers. the surrounding beaches and scenery is just breathtaking. the staff have been great when needed and i just cannot fault them! we will definitely be returning next year.

Stunning location and so much to do. The kids club and events were excellent and made the holiday for us. However it’s a lottery as to where your apartment will be. We were initially given an apartment overlooking the car park which was noisy with taxis and cars coming and going all hours of day and night but we were lucky there was another one for us to move to. It was very overcrowded at times and the pool area was jam packed (kids pool way too busy at times). No chance of getting a sun lounger after 9am. My biggest issues was the cleanliness. The pool area didn’t get cleaned at night so even first thing in the morning there were plasters, tissues etc in the filters from the night before. Our apartment had been cleaned but if you looked a little deeper there was a thick soap scum in the shower and floors , skirting boards etc hadn’t been cleaned. The hall ways were disgusting. Think lumps of hairs all over the place and in 14 days of being there they weren’t swept or mopped once. Tea or coffee had been spilt all down the stairs and wasn’t cleaned up. We are pretty sure there were either bed bugs or fleas in the sofa bed as we all got bitten and only after sitting on the sofa! So disappointing as this could be an amazing place with a little extra effort. P.s know this isn’t the hotels fault but there was a big sewage leak in the sea on our last day which meant we couldn’t go in the sea. It’s looked like a boat had emptied its sewage tank too close to shore. So worth watching out for. Otherwise the water on the peninsular looked clear and beautiful so we might have just been unlucky.

Rooms are modern. Shower good. Bed comfortable. Food nice in the hotel but quite expensive. There is a hair dryer in the room along with shampoo, body wash body lotion and conditioner. No toaster or iron. The only bad points were the attitudes of the waiting staff - could be quite off-hand if they were busy - they perhaps need a little stress management training. The pool - you have no chance of getting a sun lounger round the pool unless you queue up from 8.45 am. The sun beds on the beach are €20 for the day - expensive when we needed 2! Reception staff were lovely. Lots of facilities. A lovely picturesque place. 15 min bus ride into Pula on the bus which stops near to the hotel.

Lovely place. The studio was very clean but a little tired. The bed was very comfy. The balcony view was of the next block so not great. The staff were excellent when we needed them but that was rare. There are nice walks around the peninsula and and plenty of sports to do. However, our main gripe was that most of the shops were closed and the poolside bar and restaurant closed at 9.00. We felt like there was nothing to do in the evenings which was a let down, the main restaurant was very pricey and there were no bars around apart from one in the hotel Istria. There was little if no entertainment that we could find. Because of this we decided to flip our usual way of doing things and catch the bus into Pula in the day time and use the restaurants there which were very good. At least there was some kind of atmosphere there. There is a small coffee shop by the marina which we visited most mornings which was very reasonably priced and with a relaxed atmosphere. Basically if you aren't a poolside sun worshiper you need to leave the complex to find something to do. If this hotel was within walking distance of Pula then I wouldn't be able to fault it.

It’s a lovely resort set in a beautiful location with lots of accommodation types to suit your needs (1 bed, 2 beds, 2 bedroom apartments etc.) Staff were welcoming and responsive as when we reported issues (like the TV not working) it was promptly attended to and resolved. There two generously sized salt/ sea water swimming pools (very cold but refreshing on a hot day) and lots of sea access points along the coast surrounding the resort. Lots of car parking which was free but if you can’t or don’t want to get out and about there is an onsite shopping mart and some on site restaurants. The pool side restaurant Olivia is highly recommended. If you are not a Radisan Rewards member I recommend you join as you get 10% off at the bar and restaurant.

We chose Park Plaza Verudela for our honeymoon destination. This hotel is extremely nice with welcoming staff and a pleasant atmosphere. We stayed in the self catering apartments which were clean and cosy. You will find a small but functional kitchen with all the basic cutlery, crockery, utensils and pans you will need. Plus a few extras. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was brilliant, but unfortunately we found our body wash and shampoo to be empty (this was corrected immediately by reception when informed). The apartment had a large double bed, which was actually a proper double and not two singles pushed together which was really nice to see. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and we slept soundly each night. During our stay we explored the grounds of the resort and the sister hotel Hysteria which is also on the resort. The resort is beautiful, clean and has stunning views. We only tried 2 of the on site restaurants during our stay, but in both the food was very good and the staff were very helpful and genuinely nice to have a conversation with. The food itself was very nice and we had no complaints at all. During our stay we also used the spa facility and had a couples massage. This was a first for us and we an extremely relaxing experience. The massage lasted around 50 minutes and cost €110 which was a bit extravagant for us, but because it was our honeymoon we decided to go ahead with it and my god am I glad that we did. The staff in the spa were very professional and explained the different packages before we chose. The only negative I have with the resort and I'm aware that it is out of their control is that most of the advertised shops were closed for the entirety of our stay and had no date for opening. We were informed by the reception staff that this is because the shops are all privately owned and they could not control when the owners decided to open for the season. They informed us that this is normally in June. There is an onsite supermarket which is open from 08:00 - 14:00 that has everything for your basic needs. Be weary though because the shops on site are far more expensive than the same shops in Pula city centre, so I would advise getting on the bus which the bus station is located just off the resort and only costs €2 per person each way. This is much cheaper than getting the taxis and there is roughly 3 busses an hour. Of an evening we spent a couple of our nights in the Hysteria bar and lounge which is very nice and has a wide selection of drinks available. It is very relaxed in there also and we got to speak to a lovely couple there. In summary, Park Plaza Verudela is a very nice resort with many facilities (as long as they're open). The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very clean and has beautiful views. If you get the chance to come here and can get a good deal, I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at this hotel and had a horrible time. The room wasn’t bad but the bathroom would stay humid. The cleaners woke us up every day, we had the do not disturb on our door and they were talking loudly outside our room, scraping chairs, dropping glasses, banging etc. We complained to reception and nothing was done. In fact they got louder. We had two power cuts in our room because of faulty fuses. We were also kept up all night by other rowdy guests, the hotel didn’t do anything about this till we called at 1:20am, it took them a further 40mins to sort out the issue. With all of our complaints the hotel didn’t offer us anything complimentary to say sorry not even a free breakfast. It was an overall terrible trip as weren't able to get any rest.

The apartment room given was disappointing and not what was displayed , it was too hot even with the AC on , the bathroom too small and the fan in there was bad . We had housekeeping making noise from 7:30am everyday we spoke with the staff about this and it got louder in the morning , we believe they started to make more noise in regards to us saying something . The lights in our room went out twice on two different occasions and when we called for help they didn’t answer , had to leave the room at 10pm for help with this and the man blamed us and said it was due to a kettle we did not use .We also had an issue with the men at the hotel who made noise up until 2am , when speaking to staff they said they would ask for them to stop but this took them over an 1hour . The food and restaurants are bad , the market is overpriced. Overall it was not a great experience for us personally and i would not recommend especially for the price we paid. The apartment provided no amenities but the pool as everything was closed , just very underwhelming and felt falsely advertised. The view when going to the beach and swimming area was nice and that’s the only good thing i can say.
