Grand Hotel Brioni Pula, A Radisson Collection Hotel

This hotel is horrible if you want to relax on the pool or on the beach! There are only some sunbeds available and people are running at 7.00 in the morning to the pool and the beach to block the sunbeds for the entire day without using them. If you don’t want to wake up at 6.00 am in the morning to block a sundbed, don’t book this hotel! Hotel staff/manager is not able to solve this problem.

it was a very nice and relaxing holiday in Pula. the city is a little bit decadent but you can find nice ruins to visit otherwise sitting on a terrace in a coffee bar is always a good option. The hotel is newly renovated (2022) with a mix of an American marina-style and Mediterranean. A good welcome in a reception was very nice and super friendly. A nice and clean room, good pillows and mattress, nice amenities (Acqua di Parma), an expresso machine (illy) a huge Samsung TV in every room. Breakfast and dinner are standard (buffet) nothing to be exited. The outdoor pool and beach (not sand beach in this hotel) were amazing but the bar in the pool always was very chaotic and prepare yourself to wait and wait and wait. Something that they need to improve. Overall the hotel is a good option but i recommend skipping the dinner and exploring Pula.

I had a reservation for 10 nights, I left after 5 nights. I came to relax, but it wasn't, when every morning I had to wake up at 7, to occupy a lounger. It is unacceptable for a hotel of your rank, it is totally opposite to the rest of the extraordinary services and facilities, unfortunately. The reception staff, especially the man from the middle table on 23.06.2024, was totally ignorant, and should be penalized for his insensitivity. The hotel is new but has very small rooms, very few sunbeds at the pool and on the beach, the breakfast could be more diverse.

Verudela is such a relaxing location, with loads of trees, walking paths, and lovely seaside restaurants. You can also enjoy massages by the sea and bike rentals. I couldn't ask for a better spot. The hotel is lovely, with only a few kids, giving it an adult-only feel. There is no loud music. The buffet breakfast offers a good selection, and the staff are really helpful and nice. The water in the sea is crystal clear. However, the beach by the hotel is all concrete and quite small. We were here in June, just before the season started, and it was already difficult to find a sun bed by the sea. People were keeping their towels on the sun beds and disappearing for hours. The hotel policy is that you can remove the towel after 30 minutes. We did that once, and when the couple came back, it created a bit of an atmosphere. They moved, but not without some huffing and puffing – which I really could do without on holidays. I think there should be a clear sign by the entrance to the beach and the pool stating this policy. For this reason, we spent most of our time on the sun loungers in the hotel garden instead. The reason we will not be coming back, though, is the bed. Our preference is for a firm mattress, but the beds in this hotel have soft mattresses. I am a light sleeper, and I would wake up multiple times during the night because I could feel my husband twisting and turning. The hotel does not have rooms with two single beds; all are doubles. While the hotel offers a wide variety of pillows to choose from, it did not mitigate the discomfort. We were relocated to a room with a sofa bed, and I must say the sofa bed was more comfortable for me than the bed, but it is very small.

Very nice and very clean hotel , attentive and kind stuff . The beach is well equipped and the sea is extremely clean at Brioni . Amazing sunsets from the beach and restaurant. The breakfasts are rich and various , a lots of fruits are available . Dinners are excellent, did not want to have dinner out at all. And have to note the chef Almir , who was very kind , smily and attentive.

Hotel with perfect location, and high quality services, cuisine is very good, I recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights around the Andrea Bocelli concert which we were attending. The hotel is very convenient for Pula airport. It is absolutely gorgeous - great pool and bar areas, hugely knowledgeable bar staff about local wines, and their pairings, the Sophia restaurant was fantastic. Would highly recommend in planning to be in Pula.
