It’s a simple but a good hotel ! Close to the beach and from the restaurant.

Decent place for the price.

Great spot in between the Main Street and the beach. Super easy to find. Wonderful staff! Oh and their pet bunny!

I would give 0 if possible. THEY DIDNT CANCEL OR GIVE US ANY WARNING OF ANY ISSUES. Less than 20 hours before arrival they finally respond after I reached out to them about transportation stating they cannot “accept us at the property”. They didn’t even try to contact us ???? Nothing at all. They allowed the charge to go through, didn’t cancel the booking or say anything. Absolutely ridiculous.

Lousy accommodation! The photos in every website are so diferente that the reality. We booked 4 nights, but we was there 3 nights. The first day the pool was empty and they said that in one day will be ready, we went the next day and they said that in to days will be ready. Never was ready. Floor on the restaurant is broken, taped stair railing. Not recommend!

stayed here for 4 nights and we had a really lovely time here. place is beautiful, room is spacious - booked the luxury twin room. there’s a kettle in the room but love that there’s a water dispenser in the dining area to refill water. certainly came in really handy. staff are really friendly as well location is great- walking distance to the beach, warungs, fresh market (grocery store), and cafes only issues we had was that we had mozzies in the room - probably came through the door which had a little gap to fly in. was a bit of a bother but not too much of an inconvenience. complimentary breakfast was nice - just that eggs could be a bit seasoned and personally felt banana pancakes could be cooked a tad longer. but other than that, loved the stay and will definitely return to stay again when back in lombok!

The good things about this hotel is the Lady at reception is exceptionally friendly and try as much as possible to fulfill her guest need. The guy who escort to our room is also honest and helpful. Its location is in ideal for shop around. You would easily find place to eat or place to buy other food. Some male employee though did show disrespect gesture and even with un-polite words we can understand easily. WiFi was suck, Room facilities was far below what we paid for. There is no mineral water in the room. There is a power outlet for TV, but there is NO TV. In bathroom they provide cheap liquid for shampoo and body wash with different dispenser. Mattress quality was very bad, with soft in the middle and very hard metal on the edge. This is really surprising as we can see in their store they have New King Koil mattress not being used yet. They have ugly wardrobe for us to store our cloth. They only have one power outlet near side table. Their headboard has lights but it were off. Access to the room is amazingly horrible. Steep step with shaking railing, the hallway in front of the room has no roof and get wet when rain. Oh BTW, be careful to walk on pathway from Lobby to Pool area. It is so slippery in the rain, especially if you wear slippers or shoes (better walk on grass). Breakfast was presented in Spanish style. French Toast was served in low quality. It was not processed in a proper way (my wife is chef for 5star hotel, she knows in detail). We were just too tired to do any complaint while in the property. We would not come back if we had a chance to visit Kuta again. There are a lot other options available on the area. We suggest to explore those options and avoid this place.

Place looks great in the pictures, but: 1. Our bedsheets were very dirty. It wasn't something they could have cleaned but didn't, just permanent stains. Quite disgusting. 2. We had many TV problems. We had two rooms and one of them wasn't able to connect to Netflix, the staff were already aware of it but apparently they didn't mention it when we booked the room. Secondly the TV on the other room had serious WiFi problems, so watching TV didn't workout that well. 3. The worst part was that we had 4 days constructions all over the pool and restaurant area. It was super noisy, dusty and we were asked not to sit next to the pool for part of our stay. We asked for a discount and we got a ridiculous offer of 25k off. After a long unpleasant bargain we got 50k off, which is also ridiculous. 4. The pool didn't work and the water didn't circulate. Again, disgusting. To summarize, you pay quite a lot of money, the hotel looks great in the picture, but it's in the details where they lack. Just do me a favor about this place, don't believe the pictures.

I paid for a superior room, including a buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant but the restaurant never been opened and the manager apparently can't care less!I asked at the reception the reason why the restaurant was always closed and nobody knew the answer

Chegamos no hotel e tinha uma cerca na entrada que não foi explicada, já era tarde e fomos para o quarto que não era exatamente o que alugamos. Pelo cansaço não reclamamos e nem nos informamos. No dia seguinte chegamos ao café da manhã e não tinha nada, os funcionários nos olhando estranho e sem muita explicação. Tínhamos 5 diárias com café da manhã inclusas e então fomos a recepção do hotel nos informar, nesse momento já tinha um homem na cerca da entrada do hotel que nos disse está havendo um problema aqui entre o dono do hotel e eu que sou o dono dessa terra. Chegando na recepção e a proposta foi de nós devolver parte do dinheiro que pagamos com a desculpa de que não tinham todo o valor no hotel, que por final acabamos aceitando a base de muita discussão, o que queríamos era pagar pela noite que passamos no hotel e a devolução do resto já que não tinha condições de cumprir com o combinado. Em resumo saímos do hotel e ficamos uma semana em outro por perto do Nativo, e a cada dia que passávamos pela porta e cerca estava pior, no último dia já tinham pedaços de madeira encostados na cerca em pedindo e vista do hotel pra rua e vice versa. O dono da terra estava lá todo os dias durante o dia.

Experiencia inmejorable en este fantástico hotel que para mi seguro uno de los mejores de Lombok sin ninguna duda! Personal muy amable, buen desayuno, habitaciones acogedoras con camas súper cómodas, las zonas comunes muy bonitas y con una piscina chulisima

Estuve alojado con amigos durante Octubre y la experiencia ha sido fantástica. Habitación limpia y la piscina y staff espectaculares así como los dueños. Desayuno muy bueno y con variedad. Si vas a Kuta es tu sitio!

Excelente trato del personal, sitio estupendo. El sitio es muy bonito y esta bien situado, la cama muy cómoda y la habitación comodisima y limpia. Muy buen desayuno, variado y fresco, todo estupendo.

Hotel molto bello, con atmosfera tranquilla e piacevole. Le stanze sono grandi e provviste di tutto ciò che serve. Colazione buona (servita, non a buffet). Il personale è gentilissimo! Disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza e a qualsiasi orario. In particolare di aiuto per noleggio scooter, drivers, tours.. Torneremo!
