Wow what an absolutely incredible experience. I wish we could have stayed here our entire trip. The furnishings were gorgeous. The house was spacious. The views were spectacular, but my favorite thing hands down were the two pools (one that was shallow enough for my son to stand in). Oh and the food and drinks were delicious! Servers were prompt!! Epic start to our vacation. What a dream!!! Book it!!

We were put in a room without A/C. The maintenance team knew about it and was waiting for an inspection from the supplier, but they still put us in that room. They then offered to switch us to an other room, which was a condo located 5 minutes away. However, that process took over 1h30 even though we told them we had a tour booked at 5:30pm. We checked in as early as possible (4pm) to make sure we would have time to get to our tour, but because of this blunder, we ended up missing our 500$ tour. The second room in an condo tower was great, but very noisy because of street traffic. Knowingly booking people in a room without A/C and then, offer to move them away to a condominium resort, making them wait around for over 1h30 in the process is NOT the luxury experience they advertise. Between the fees for the room and the lost tour, this was over expensive and stressful. We never had an answer from management even after providing this feedback upon check out.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Romantic zone was a short 10 min walk and everything was close by. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel, the pool with the amazing view and the absolutely perfect service by the staff……..

First the great things about this property- the staff are very welcoming and friendly, it is very clean and it is beautifully situated on a hill outside of old town overlooking the ocean. It has a very relaxed vibe with two infinity pools. The rooms are also beautifully appointed with lots of neutrals, stone, tile and wood. It also has one of the best, cleanest and largest gyms I’ve seen in years at a hotel/condo with a great selection of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. It’s also not a hotel but a condominium residence with several “hotel like rooms.” So if you run into problems as I did you often are left to your own devices without the services of a traditional hotel like a “front desk.” Case in point, management asked me to change my room a day after checking in. I happily agreed as I was offered a better room, but I had to wait several hours to move after being told to pack-up. Then as soon as i moved i discovered the room safe didn’t work - you have to text someone for help and wait for a response. Total wait time for safe fix 2 hours. Then I came back to the room -which had 4 doors that locked only to discover that the key didn’t work on the door to the bathroom and dressing room. So I texted and waited, and waited, and waited - then I went to the security guard downstairs and explained the situation. Total wait time to get into my room and the lock fixed- 3 hours. My original texts for help from the “virtual concierge” went unanswered. Once again the staff were super helpful and friendly, but I feel I missed a complete day of my vacation trouble shooting problems with the room change that would have been quickly addressed had I stayed in a traditional hotel.

This place is beautiful, exceptionally well-managed, has great food, and is a wonderful, safe place to stay. Highly recommend staying here with friends as well as family! The concierge can help you book any activity you want to do.

Im sure this place is great but try booking on their website, What was stated as $2300 for 5 night magically turned into 2 separate rooms and $7900. Obviously i cancelled and went over to my friends at ******* thinking hey could steer me in the right direction. ok found a room thats doable 2300,5 nights fantastic, Done, 12 hours later realize from the photos that it's next to the pool. Cant cancel ? are you kidding? ******* no help. I wont be staying here but have booked another room. Ive tried calling these people a number of times with no answer. They constantly send me notifications that their concierge wants me to respond with text about my upcoming stay. Yet when you call that number it dosent ring thru.. TO HELL WITH THIS PLACE!!!! All the reviews so far are good but the customer service suck!
