Apartamentos Monteparaiso

Would not recommend this place, we have just got back from here, to start with you have to go to the riosol to check in who have lovely staff and are very helpful, there was 4 of us and myself and husband had to sleep in the living room with a couch and an extra bit u pull out very uncomfy, the 1st night we realised there was no bedding for us had to get this the next day, The room was not the cleanest either you do get staff that come everyday to change towels and bedding which they need to do because its so warm in the rooms, we did get a fan after going to complain about the state of the room they gave us keys to check another room out that was just as bad, i just wish i had gone somewhere else after reading the reviews, if u where there for a few days im sure its ideal just to shower and sleep but we done 11 nights,the good thing is the shopping centre is across the road from it and the buller bar do an amazing breakfast and there staff are amazing. These apartments also have people who live there all yr round as well, the pool area is clean the pool is chilly you can get beds.

Booked with on the beech. The room is OK but the balcony is so small. Tried to change room but hotel said not possible. Can not get a sunbed as yet round the pool as they are all taken. Unfortunately we are booked here for March. We will try and change the hotel of we can ever get through to on the beech.

We had an overall decent stay I like to be fair so here are the good points first. Great Pool, at first glance the pool looks a little run down, but I can honestly say it's cleaned every day and is perfect for swimming for all ages. The environment, it is peaceful during early mornings and has the best views ever. There were a lot of families there mainly Spanish who were lovely to be fair. Few negatives. No air con, it was sweltering as it was a hot August and the heat in the apartments was hot at night, we did ask for fans more than once and told they don't provide any, I would recommend installing ceiling fans at least. Lift issues, it is based on a hill which is fine as most of Puerto Rico is on a cliff but the main lift was out of order for quite a few days which was not fun in the heat. You do get a few large roaches mostly dead so they are controlling the situation we unfortunately had one in our apartment which scared my wife and daughter as it was alive and massive, I delt with the issue as you can imagine just be aware they do live on the island and can be a shock. Checking in process. You need to check in at Riosol hotel which is not far but there should be a huge sign to tell you this, I only know because I read reviews before I got there. Last note is that the Riosol staff are great and very helpful.

Here at the moment the place is infested with cockroaches,termites in all timber furniture and stray cats, the location is good right across from europa center but gangs targeting tourists all around local area do not go out alone in the night. Rooms are sweltering hot but clean enough very basic but you get what you pay for swimming pool is in poor shape as is play ground and general ground all run down but on the upside the views from balcony’s are breathtaking.pity with a bit of work could be a decent place for a cheap hol.

Esta es nuestra última noche, vinimos mi hija de 11 años y yo a pasar 4 días en todo incluido y tengo varias opiniones. Yo hice la reserva y después leí las opiniones y vine asustada con lo que me iba a encontrar, y nada más lejos de la realidad. El check.in lo haces en el hotel Riosol que está justo al lado, ya que es propiedad de ellos, te Dan la llave y te explican todo muy bien. Como vas con todo incluido (o con comidas) las haces en el Hotel, y las instalaciones (piscina, etc) puedes usarlas sin problema. Así que realmente no usamos la piscina de Monteparaiso. Hablemos de estos apartamentos. Es cierto que realmente se nota que son antiguos, los muebles la mayoría están medio rotos y las ventanas sucias. Pero se puede estar, y en nuestro caso,.solo veníamos a dormir, ducharnos... estaba limpio. Pero si es verdad que si invirtieran en mobiliario nuevo, un poco de pintura y sobre.todo, limpiar lo que no se ve, como las ventanas, porque estaban de.no limpiar en meses. Es la.unica queja que tengo. Cucarachas no.vi.ninguna. es cierto que es.octubre y no hacia ese calor extremo, así que no sé en verano como será... De todas formas yo vine.asustada por las reseñas sobre.esto y coloqué toallas.en ventanas, fregadero, ducha... hice barricada. Pero es cierto que debido a.los parterres etc...es un problema general. Quiero comentar lo bueno. Si puedes, ven con todo incluido porque MERECE MUCHISIMO la pena, ya que.todo lo haces en el Hotel Riosol, que me ha.sorprendido muchísimo y.tengo que recalcarlo... la calidad de la comida es de lujo. No hay mucha variedad, pero es.lo.suficiente como para comer diferente cada día. Todo era fresco. La fruta riquísima, la carne , el pescado,... los salpicones de marisco y pulpo etc... los mejillones ... es que absolutamente todo exquisito. Esto lo quiero destacar porque he ido a.otros hoteles con todo incluido y muchas veces dejan que desear. Le doy una matrícula de.honor. El personal buenísimo, en especial una camarera con el pelo.corto morena y una.rubita con tatuajes en el.brazo (se me.olvido preguntar sus nombres ) porque ellas.fueron con las.que más tratamos y son un encanto de personas. Muy amables y simpáticas. Quería que quedara constancia. También los chicos del bar piscina un encanto y la recepcionista Soledad, que nos atendió a la llegada, muy profesional, nos explicó todo, aclaró dudas, etc... Hace falta más personal así. Quedamos muy felices por el trato y todo en general. La próxima vez nos.quedaremos en El Riosol, pero tampoco tenemos.reparo en volver a Monteparaiso pero con todo incluido, que es.una opción u. Poco más económica y.solo vendrías a dormir a monteparaiso. El tema de la fianza, en mi opinión está bien pedirla. Hay que aceptar la realidad y ser conscientes de que sobre todo en verano, son los mismos canarios los que hacen destrozos en los apartamentos.(Ojo, yo soy canaria) eso es un hecho, se alquilan para 2 y se meten 30, que si la música alta, que si peleas, etc... pues es entendible q

Penoso! Nevera rota y vieja, microondas amarillo de los años que tiene,sofa cama cambado,techo del baño con mucha humedad y agujeros,mobiliario en general desgastado y antiguo,cubiertos y vasos que escasean,en fin no volveremos,está muy bien todo si quieres volver a vivir la época de los 80 en su plenitud.. en general complejo muy antiguo con nada de encanto y con todo por mejorar,piscina con los bordes amarillos,amacas viejas pisos rotos ,pared de la piscina con moho!.. relación precio calidad (estafa) .. Buena experiencia para no volver a vivirla!!..
