This hotel is a little hidden gem,travelled with hubby and 19 yr old. Rooms beautifully clean,fit for purpose Swimming pool beautiful and lots and lots of sunbeds available Entertainment not to everyone's taste but nevertheless something to listen too. Outside aeras spotless Food absolutely amazing,the choice is immense and the dinning room well serviced and spotless Staff amazing nothing to much trouble. Drinks help yourself,large and small cups available obviously to cut down on wastage. Great choice of drinks Taxi to beach 4€ or if ya feeling fit about a 15min walk downhill. Sunbeds on beach 5€ Umbrella 5€ Large beer2.50€ Exspensive vodka and orange 10€ We are extremely well worldwide travellers and this hotel and gran canarie we will definitely remember for all the right reasons. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.....

Excellent hotel immaculately kept, numerous pools, in a fantastic location nice food always a bonus, very friendly staff always willing to help with any queries you may have, also has an onsite shop and cash machine, lots to do for children, in a great location with stunning views of the Mediterranean

Terrible book somewhere else !! We are here at the moment, unannounced works to the outside seating area are causing real problems for guests. There has been cutting grinding and welding of an outside structure, and today paint spraying 😳 resulting in toxic fumes and over spray everywhere. Jet 2 have not been informed of this and are currently trying to resolve the issue, but talking with them along with many other guests I’m not convinced anything will happen. We have been to this hotel with friends over 12 times but sadly this will be the last time. It’s been taken over by the servutur group and definitely gone downhill since. No entertainment by the fantastic Jamie who had made the hotel what it was over the last decade. No bingo no quizzes no basketball no nothing, entertainment rubbish Good luck with your new Hotel venture Servutur.

Recently stayed here..positives..rooms large and very clean lovely balconies.. Breakfast was nice and drinks..hotel staff work hard and are polite..now for the negatives..not much choice for food at lunch and dinner..no atmosphere at the hotel ..entertainment was awful...shower in the room wasnt the best..no smoking on balconies..small 3 metre smoking area for the whole hotel..nice walk down to amadores beach but had to get a taxi back..no good if you have mobility issues ..spent most of our time out or on our balcony due to the lack of atmosphere and entertainment..sadly won't be returning ..ive stayed in so much better 3 star hotels

Better than expected. Nice big rooms and balcony with table & chairs and 2 sun loungers. Aircon was probably the best we have ever had. Hotel has an adults only chill out area which overlooked Amadores beach which got the sun till late on. Pool was medium size but big enough. Jaime the entertainment manager was very good with all the games. Granddaughter was very impressed. Food was very good and also had BBQ twice a week. Only downside is it is a bit out of the way but we knew that anyway and put some money aside for taxis. Taxi to commercial centre was roughly €8 or a steep walk down. Overall we all really enjoyed it.

Just a few things and if you see my other reviews I don’t write bad reviews often! But if this helps someone not to choose this accommodation id feel happy. Firstly, we are a family of 3 adults and 1 14yo old. We booked on this basis assuming that we would have a”family suite” which would accommodate ALL of us! (Bear this in mind) arrived to find that we had a run down old apartment literally next door to the kids club and the splash park practically on our terrace area! Children we indeed literally coming into our room to get the balls back they were kicking about outside! Anyway upon entering our room we saw a sofa made up as a bed ok I suppose for one adult, then a double bed upstairs ok for the other 2 adults. However, the toddler “camp style bed”shoved by the door was NOT ok for our 14yo! Far too small! Off to reception we went! And what an experience this was! Very unhelpful and was talked over by repeatedly being told we are full! And we are allocated in the “British” part of the hotel!? When I tried to ask about where our teen was supposed to sleep they just kept saying we are full! (I actually recorded this conversation) was offered an “extra bed” so thought ok this was resolved: only to be given an extra toddler bed! Furious went back to reception again greeted with rudeness and not helpful. Our whole first day of our 4 days taken up! Eventually we were asked to “prove” the beds was too small! Took our son to our room to “prove this” was only then! We were offered a new full sized bed! Why couldn’t this have happened in the first instance! Bed arrived shoved by the door. Asked the receptionist to write down the managers name but he refused! After 4 attempts he shouted his name to me! Again all recorded! And manager not in till Monday anyway. This has been totally miss sold and the accommodation is NOT what we booked! It’s run down one of the chairs is completely broken the bathroom is so dated the floors dangerously unsafe! Only saving grace is we are only stuck here for 4 days! And we will definitely be going out every day so all inclusive total waste of money! Please do not reply to this saying the usual “we are taking this complaint serious” or “we are looking into this” we are HERE now in your hotel come see us took 303 to discuss. We obviously will also be going to on the beach to advise them of the misleading accommodation.
