We visited here half board. Arrived around 2pm and after a quick phone call to house keeping we were given the keys to our room. On check in the lady explained really well times on eating, how the gym and spa worked. Then straight up to level 7. Our room was perfect, very clean, tidy and plenty of room for the 2 of us. Dressing gowns, pool towels, bathroom towels and water in the fridge. The onsite shop has all the basics and more, all at very reasonable prices. The balcony was large as they are on that level, sun loungers, table and chairs, so plenty of shade and sun. Pool was cleaned daily, plenty of sun loungers around the pool and there is also a separate deck if you want to be away from the pool and bar area. Bar was well stocked with two happy hours daily. Food. Breakfast. Plenty to choose from, fruit, cereal, breads, cooked, made to order omelettes all buffet style. Even a gluten free section including a separate toaster. Dinner. Buffet style starter and pudding with mains being a la cart. We were never disappointed with our meals. They were all cooked and presented to a high level. Restaurants staff...... shout out to .... Kitchen team, house keeping team, lady in the shop, reception team and anyone else. It's so easy to moan about stuff and you all need to know you made our holiday great

Brilliant hotel. The view was fantastic. The hotel is situated on a hill which didn't bother us. The staff are brilliant. A big shout out to Silvia, Alberto and Reuben. Food was always nice, Breakfast and dinner. Our room was clean, we had a large balcony with a jacuzzi. We couldn't of asked for more for a perfect honeymoon.

This place is wonderful. Almost no complaints at all. The rooms are amazing with a good view, very clean, and get cleaned every day, bathroom and shower was top quality. We only had the breakfast for food and it was also very good. Most of the staff are lovely and friendly. The best thing about it is the location, 5 minutes to all the restaurants and shops, as well as the mall. Everything else we planned was close enough and could get a bus which was a 10 minute walk to the station. Everything about the hotel was smooth and well run, good prices for everything too. The only complaint we had is the rooftop bar wasn’t open. So overall nothing big at all was wrong and everything else was great. Would definitely recommend for a couples holiday.

Positives: -Clean, comfy room -Super friendly staff (Alberto was great!) -Delicious food -Great view -Only €4 taxi back up the hill to the hotel -Large balcony with constant sunshine throughout the day -Local supermarkets open late -Gorgeous pool and can always find a free sun lounger Negatives (nothing to do with the hotel itself): -Two stray cats that howl constantly outside the back of the hotel (I love cats but dang they were noisy!) -the town below is very noisy if the balcony doors are open. -A lot of the staircases down to the town were shut off for construction so had to go all the way around a couple times. Small issues. I had a lovely 5 day solo trip and I don’t come back to the same place twice, but if I did I would stay here again.

me and my partner have returned from our trip to gran canaria, we booked this adult’s only hotel through love holidays and we were more than impressed! it was an absolutely lovely hotel, the staff were so kind and helpful and with the facilities offered to you, you can’t go wrong! they explain everything to you when you check in, and if you have any questions they’re there to help! they offer room service from certain hours of the day which is incredibly convenient if you don’t fancy going out one night, and the food is delicious. although the sun didn’t come onto the balcony until around 1:00pm, the balcony we chose had the sun on it from around this time until it set. if you’re going to book this hotel i would hugely advise you go for a room with a hot tub on the balcony, as it is an amazing addition, as you can use it like a hot tub or a normal bath. they have a mini mart shop on the bottom floor which is great for snacks and they also have a car park if you decide to hire a car. overall, i’d highly recommend this hotel, it was a lovely environment and we’d more than happily return!

This is my 6th time here in 3 years. An honest review. The rooms are still very clean and comfortable. However, there are clear signs of wear and tear that could be easily rectified, such as mouldy shower sealant. Air conditioning in our room worked well, but I know others were not so fortunate. Beds are comfy, but one pillow is not enough. The cleaners are wonderful, do a great job, they are friendly and honest. The food. Breakfast is good if you don't count the coffee, which is vile, so I would advise taking your own and having a coffee before going down for breakfast. Sadly, the fresh orange juice machine is no longer there. Usually, there are 3 types of cut fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastries, breads, full English, pancakes, and waffles. Cocktails are fantastic and thankfully have remained that way. Dinner.... sadly, this has gone really downhill over the last few years. Choices were odd, and taste was poor. For example my daughter had sole one evening and there was no mention of a sauce, it came smeared with a thick coat of some sort of Teryaki or BBQ sauce, far too rich for delicate fish. Starters tended to be derived from the previous nights meals. For 25€ per head with supplements of €4 for certain dishes you are far better to walk to the centre where there are many lovely restaurants which sell delicious meals well within this budget. I do love this hotel but I am disappointed with the decline. Be wary of the umbrellas at the pool. Despite being very heavy, one blew over on me, trapping my arm between the umbrella and metal side table. While the pool attendant helped my daughter to lift it off, I was not asked if I was ok. Unsure If I will return in the future or try another hotel. Rooms remain 4* at a push. Dinner 2*, breakfast 3*.
