Just returned from this hotel. Absolutely amazing. The staff in all departments are really friendly. The hotel is spotless. Reception area is very clean and the decor throughout the hotel is lovely. We had a superior junior suite on the 4th floor. Views from the balcony were stunning. You get the sun from 11.30 till 7.30. Pool area is lovely. Always managed to get a sunbed at anytime of the day. Food is good. Breakfast has plenty of choices. Full English or continental. Evening meal is very good. You choose your own starters and sweets. Order your main course. This is cooked to order. No complaints about anything. We would definitely stay again.

Was nervous as I’d never been to Gran Canaria or away on my own but this was just what was needed. Everyone was really friendly and the facilities at the hotel were great. Spa, gym, rooftop bar, pool, etc. The location was great, with just a 10 minute walk near to restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. and also walks to beaches not far. Recommendations would be to watch the sunset at Amadores beach with a sangria; to go and eat fish at Grill Costa Mar on seafront and to go explore Mogan Mall. Only downside of the hotel was the breakfasts. I’d stay here again but on a room only basis. The breakfasts were not good. I could only stomach the beans and hash browns. One day there was Spanish tortilla, which I typicallly love, but this just tasted soooooo salty. Although plenty of choice, I wasn’t keen. I’d stay again but there are PLENTY of nice places nearby for breakfast (including La Mattina, next to Mogan Mall)

This hotel is a real gem, great staff, so clean and just the best chilled vibe We wanted a relaxed hotel to come back to after exploring and this was it The spa is fantastic and we made use of the free hour a day, the pool area is relaxed and super clean( we would see it being cleaned when sat on the balcony at night and they worked so hard) all the staff were friendly and helpful The room was clean, bright and the balcony and whirlpool just lovely after a long day and the views were fantastic We didn’t want to leave and the only place we’ve been we would go back to Such a special place

What a gem of a hotel! The staff are always smiling and very friendly. We booked a superior junior suite on a high floor, we had room 807 on floor 8, just below the chill out bar. The view was stunning and the amenities perfect. The suite : Lovely bathroom with walking shower and a hairdryer. Large area with storage for bags and clothes with hangers 2 single beds pushed together, we had the best sleep very comfortable TV, air-con, kettle, filter coffee machine, hob, fridge with small freezer section, toaster and all the glasses, plates, pans etc you could require. The balcony was the best part with a double spa tub, took around 20 mins to fill over the jets and such a lovely treat. We had robes, slippers, oh and a bottle of water and bubbles in the fridge on arrival. The cleaning guys work very hard and the room and whole hotel was spotless! We went B&B the food was ok nothing wow except the omelette which was made specifically with your choice of ingredients. The usual array of cooked breakfast and a large choice of the continental breakfast, I loved the coffee also. The pool area was lovely lots of beds and each with a little table, the bar area was shaded and cool and the drinks good value. The rooftop chill out terrace was lovely a great space to catch the early morning sun with beds, seating oh and an outdoor shower, the for sunset drinks the view is stunning. We used the Mercadona for our food and drinks for the room, by far cheaper than the shops in the main shopping centre below so worth the walk, around 20 mins up past the new shopping centre Mogan. Which has a great selection of clothes shops etc… We walked to the beach which is Beautiful, there are sunbeds on the beach and around on the wall. Another time we walked to Amadores beach, which to be honest wasn’t at all what we expected but still pretty and worth the coastal walk, around 30 mins from our hotel, we are quite fast walkers I guess so maybe around a 40 min walk. There’s a massive choice for food and drinks in the main shopping area, we visited several with no complaints, the food, drinks and value was great. We would recommend Casablanca to anyone looking for a beautiful room with great staff and amenities!

What a diamond in the rough this hotel was. My 22 year old daughter and I booked this hotel for a week away in the sun. We had room 606 which was a room that had a balcony with 2 sun loungers, a whirlpool plus a table and 2 chairs. I would highly recommend paying extra for this. We arrived gone 9.45pm and were pleasantly surprised that within 5 minutes of getting to our room room serviced arrived, just what we needed, 3 courses too. The rooms had a great little kitchenette area with full sized fridge. We made use of the filter coffee machine (you can buy the coffee in the little shop downstairs), we did have a crack in our jug, once we reported this, we were provided with a brand new coffee machine and jug within minutes. The bathroom was spacious with a great walk in shower. The whole hotel was clean and well looked after. The staff were really friendly and always greeted us with a smile whenever we saw them, even the chefs! We stayed half board and were not disappointed with the choice of food, there was something for everyone at breakfast and the evening meal. The pool bar has a really good selection of lunchtime meals, we tried lots and were impressed by them all. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool as well as umbrellas. Our only disappointed was the surrounding area which was our fault for not researching the area enough, it was more 'brits abroad' than we like and this is the reason I have given 3 stars for location.. Also there are lots of steps to get to and from the main street where the shops and bars are and to get down to the harbour, however, we soon learnt that it is cheap enough to get a taxi back up and there is certainly no shortage of taxis in the area, and again every driver we came across was friendly and helpful. You can easily get a bus to surrounding towns and explore which we did. We went on the dolphin spotting boat tripe and saw 2 different kinds. We also made the most of our free hour in the spa at the hotel too! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Puerto Rico.

Absolutely loved this hotel staff so friendly Rooms were absolutely amazing cleaned every day ..so spotless...on balcony whirlpool was great Pool area great plenty of beds Spa club was amazing Food was good all in all fantastic Already booked to go back.

Just left the hotel and it was a brilliant stay. I can’t fault the staff at the hotel, they were friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was very clean, it seemed to be constantly being cleaned which is great to see. The food was very good and the pool area is relaxing, not too busy and a nice chilled vibe. Even though I came solo I felt very welcomed and there was plenty to do within walking distance/via ferry.

Just returned from this lovely hotel. We had a superior room with hot tub on the seventh floor. The rooms and balcony were huge! Spotlessly clean and well furnished along with adequate kitchen facilities if required. The staff are all very friendly, especially Catalina on reception who made us very welcome on check in. Room was cleaned every day by Laura who was always pleasant. Pool area is lovely and relaxing and never had an issue getting a sun bed, no matter what time of day we arrived. In May you get the sun on the pool from approx 11am until sunset. All rooms are facing the pool/sea so get the sun around the same time. There is a huge choice for breakfast, everything from fruit/yoghurt/ cereals, pastries to full English cooked breakfast. Something for everyone. The bars/restaurants of the Commercial Centre and Mogán Mall are only a short walk away, approx 10 mins. (Come out the hotel, turn right, walk down the road until you see some bins - there’s a short flight of steps down to the centre which we found the quickest route!) The only tiny problem we had was check out. When we enquired to keep our room on until 5pm (usual check out 12 noon) as we weren’t flying until 2130hrs, I was asked to contact reception on the morning of leaving. I phoned reception at 8am to be told the hotel was full, with no rooms available and we needed to check out at 12 noon - no problem. Whilst waiting for our transfer to the airport two other couples came down at 5pm to check out, having been permitted to keep their room?? I was told the hotel was full and this was impossible!? It really spoiled our last day of our holiday - 9.5hrs until our transfer! (We got changed in the bathroom at reception! ) Apart from this final issue, we had a great time at this hotel and would return - but next time if it’s a late flight I’m prearranging late checkout!!
