Had such a great time at this place! The staff, the ones at the pool bar, maintenance and cleaning were super friendly and always on it. Everything was really clean and well taken care of, which made it easy to just relax and enjoy. The views? Unreal. Whether you're chilling in the jacuzzi or hanging by the pool, the scenery is just next-level. Sunsets were a highlight for sure. the food at the poolbar was amazing, and also loved how easy everything was with their virtual reception, super quick replies and they helped out with anything I needed, no hassle at all. The whole place has a fresh, modern vibe and you can tell they really care about the little details. Already thinking about my next trip back! 😎🌴❤️

amazing view, breakfast is worth it, premium location. staff is amazing and attentive. the rooms are all new and very well kept. spent lots of time at the pool bar! the food there is delicious i recommend the burger. The virtual reception is always there at all time not just at checkin.

Our family of 4 just returned from a dream getaway at Boutique Hotel Grand Horizon in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria, and we already know—we’ll be back! This peaceful, small-scale, and ultra-modern complex is a true hidden gem. The apartment was not only beautifully designed and fully equipped, but also incredibly quiet for a great night’s sleep. We’ve stayed in many places, but never have we enjoyed such a luxurious shower and unbelievably comfortable sofa bed—yes, even the kids agreed! The highlight? A private jacuzzi on our spacious balcony, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. But it doesn’t stop there - there’s also a stunning infinity pool with breathtaking views of the harbor and ocean. The poolbar served the best hamburger we’ve ever had during a swimm and the staff? Simply amazing - warm, helpful, and always with a smile. Free guest parking was a huge plus, and the outdoor gym surrounded by palm trees made workouts actually enjoyable! Built into the rockface, the hotel is beautifully integrated into its natural surroundings, with lush greenery throughout that makes the outdoor space feel like an extension of the indoors. It’s calm, clean, stylish, and truly unforgettable. This place exceeded all expectations - a perfect mix of relaxation and luxury for couples and families. We made memories to last a lifetime, and there’s no doubt: Grand Horizon has stolen our hearts. Highly, highly recommended!

Airconditioning doesn’t work. It only works if you are physically in the apartment. No sun on the balcony. I have not been sleeping at night since I came here because of the heat. It’s also very sad to me that there is no sun on the balcony. I feel it is very overpriced for what you get.

Very nice.. I come back. Petfect wiew, food, And pool. Přiváže jazzucci Is Dream.. Nice room, all Is na new and clean. 2 bathrooms Big terace with jazzucci.. We have absolutely LOVED our 4 night stay at Grand Horizon luxury boutique hotel in Puerto Rico. Ultra modern, very clean with luxury Rituals shower gel and hand wash. The apartment had a washer drier and a lovely balcony with views to die for. There are steps down towards Puerto Rico port and the beach, & if you don’t fancy the walk back up, a taxi only cost us €5, Great breakfast, friendly staff-would definitely recommend!
