Lady Florence Dixie

We were only passing through town for one night so this place did the job. The location is very convenient in the heart of town right next to shops, pharmacy and a large supermarket. The rooms are very basic but more importantly they were very CLEAN. The smell of cleaning product and bleach was a bit overwhelming at first but at least we knew they'd done a thorough job. Decent spread for breakfast. Reception staff friendly but no english spoken.

The hotel says it is the oldest in Puerto Natales, a gateway to Torres del Paine, and it looks the part. It seems to meet the needs of backpacking groups and perhaps we just got a bad room that has seen better days but perhaps hasn’t had many good days. The staff is nice though and eager to please.

Not great experience. There was hair in the shower and some suitcase label on the floor. They also have us a super super hard time with the payment. They are very specific with the cards they accept. They do not inform you about the extra fees they would charge. If paying with cash, a tiny tiny little spot from ink will make the notes not acceptable, same if they are a bit older ones, I’ve never experienced that in my life. After checking many of our notes, they kept “the best” however 15 min later came to knock in our doors to complain about one of the notes (this happening close to 11pm - unbelievable). In the breakfast, I had to checked 4 cups to get one clean, same with the spoons. How’s this place a 3-star hotel? Quite loud right outside the rooms as well.

Café da manhã é bem honesto, tem pães, bolo, café, chá! Inclusive sai mais cedo se tiver que ir aos passeios. A localização do hotel é central, perto de tudo. A equipe é atenciosa. O quarto é bem confortável com ótima roupa de cama. Recomendo a estadia.

Hôtel très simple, avec une réception banale, des chambres petites un WiFi très médiocre. Sinon, on a bien dormi, pris une douche correcte et un petit déjeuner banal , sans aucun artifice. Au total médocre

Personal muy amable, desayuno bueno, habitación muy amplia, camas cómodas, todo muy limpio. Inconveniente muy serio fue la calefacción que nunca logró entibiar nuestra habitación, pasamos frío. Aunque lo hicimos notar desde la primera noche y el personal del hotel comprobó que el radiador de la pieza estaba apenas tibio sólo la última noche la señora de la recepción nos facilitó un calefactor eléctrico y eso solucionó el problema. La calefacción del comedor, recepción y estar eran buenas, salía de la habitación y en todas las dependencias la temperatura era buena. Aparte recomendaría hacer algo con la tina, es algo resbalosa.
