Hotel El Moro

We played tennis on the courts it was very fun. Edgar the worker at the gym was very pleasant and helped us out very much. We enjoyed the pools and the unlimited drinks. From the morning to night we enjoyed the service.🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾💪💪💪💪💪

What a magical little place, from the landscape, to individually decorated rooms, to the staff that feels like family! I will admit I wouldn't have checked out this property because I thought the nightly rate was too much for the star rating, but it was highly recommended and I really needed a place. How grateful I am! I did discover that with this property it is best to book direct, much better rates. You can also call with questions and they always answer (not always the case with hotels in this part of Mexico, in my experience). Exceptional staff. Not just some of them, all of them! Some of the staff is fluent in English and others speak enough that there were no communication issues. All were incredibly accommodating. You need something, just ask. Massage, laundry, bicycle rental? Done. Absolutely 5-star staff! You could not ask for a better location. Only a couple of blocks from everything (market, town square, beach, and taxis). You step out to the street that is closed off every evening and becomes a pedestrian only street so all of the amazing restaurants can have outdoor seating. Lots of lights, music, great aromas. The rooms have lots of light and large windows (many rooms with multiple windows), and are clean, comfortable, and everything works. There is plenty of warm (even hot) water with enough water pressure. I assumed that being in the middle of all the action that sound would be an issue. Surprisingly, no issue at all. Unless of course, I had all the windows open and enjoyed the cross breeze and in the evening, then the live music was just a bonus. The included breakfast was always delicious and included hot food, fresh fruit, coffee, fresh juice, etc. The landscape is lush, beautiful and well maintained, as is the pool, which has a fountain which is like music to my ears. So relaxing. The internet worked well for all my streaming and work needs. I've stayed her more than once, in more than one room, and I will be back. It truly is my favorite hotel in Mexico, my home away from home!

Best location in town. Near all wonderful dining options. New ownership since last visit 7 years ago, nice staff. Includes breakfast, & lovely 3rd floor cabana with so so internet service. (room internet fine). If you want world class grocery store its 1 block away.

We stayed here one night en route to other destinations, and were very pleased. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, the common area is very nice, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location a block from the beach. Very economical.

Stayed here March 1 to 4th. Centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, main square, shopping, and the beach. Great full breakfast which was included in my room rate. Friendly staff. Has a transportation service that picked me up from Cancun Airport for reasonable price. No elevator but has AC. My room also had mini refrigerator, ans safe. Bed was comfortable. If you sleep with the windows open you'll hear the music from the restaurants at night and the birds in the morning.

Fantástico everything perfect! Shala najeli Alyssa the staff freind friendly and Welcoming. 100m from beach Breakfast was delicious chilaquiles eggs fruit coffee beans. Stayed 1 night and will return. Restraints bars shops nearby. Location value breakfast room all great. Mucha Gracias
