地點好，就在伊瓜蘇車站前第二條街，屬於舊式大型酒店。房內設施有點舊，但還可以。早餐有幾種切片的生果，咖啡，熱奶，果汁和一份配好的麵包，份量還是夠的。有泳池但需清潔，所以沒看到有住客游泳。

酒店離機場近，離遊輪碼頭近，離主要景區不到2公里，前台熱情，耐心教我用紙地圖。在沒有導航的情況下，靠地圖走了大半個布宜諾斯艾利斯，很感謝

位置在汽車站附近，所包的早餐不錯。衞生設施一般。我因故所定三晚的最後一晚沒法住，但是酒店告知他們不管要我和攜程理論，而且前一天必須晚上退房不能下午退，儘管付了房費。這點感覺不好。

房間乾淨，服務態度好

Hosteria Los Helechos is located in a nice jungle garden. The room is simple but quite large, the bathroom is ok, the towels are clean. When we arrive there is no internet, fortunately, they fix it in the evening. There is a swimming pool on the premises which is a plus. And the location is good, close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast is hopeless, the cookies and cakes are stale and old. We have to ask for everything, cutlery, jam and butter, i.e. margarine. The kitchen staff isn't polite.

I stayed at the Hosteria Los Helechos for 3 nights as part of a land package arranged by a local travel agency.  The accommodation is basic, rundown and near downtown Iguazú.  A short walk away from this hostel are restaurants, souvenir shops and a bus terminal.  Currency Exchange is quite far but some souvenir shops will change your money if you ask. The hotel seems famous to families.  It was full when I stayed in March and many tour buses picked up guests in the morning.   I checked in night time and was given a room facing a garden, which I liked.  However, when I reached the room, the door was left open and when I entered, found mosquitoes inside.  The bathroom door knob was broken but when I reported, it was immediately replaced.  The room is simple, dark and you can tell everything inside it needs some serious upgrading.  The bed and pillows are uncomfortable. The linens look damp.  The shower water pressure, however, is very good.   A simple breakfast is included and is served at your table. For the drinks, you have to help yourself at the counter.  It is good and convenient that this hostel has a restaurant which is open until late night. What is impressive about this hostel is their helpful staff.  Even if some of them do not speak English, they did exert effort in answering my queries about directions, tours, food and places to see.  They even arranged a taxi pick up and when I reported about the broken door handle, a maintenance staff came in less than 10 minutes to fix it.  Overall, it was still an OK experience staying at the Hosteria Los Helechos.  I just hope they will renovate the rooms soon and put new beds for the comfort of their guests.

Las habitaciones son deprimentes. Las colchas, los televisores son viejos. No tienen dispenser con agua. Pedis el recibo te dicen que te lo van a enviar y no lo hacen. Te dan una habitación con la puerta del baño dañada, los canales del televisor sin funcionar. En vez de darte una en buenas condiciones o preveer estas situaciones y arreglar lo que está mal antes de que llegues.

La hostería muy sencilla y humilde. Dado el precio no se le puede pedir mucho más. Lo que quiero aclarar es la mala atención por parte de una de las recepcionistas, muy desagradable y maleducada. No VAYAN No hay tanta diferencia con otros hoteles en cuanto a precio y una diferencia abismal en cuanto a servicios y calidad. Se corto la luz varias veces, no había shampoo ni cremanjuague, no andaba la tv. Las piezas sucias.

Miserable. Estuve en hospedajes muy precarios en otros lugares, pero este se pasa. Adjunto una lista de las cosas que estan mal: 1) Las camas dobles son en realidad dos camas individuales con sabanas de dos plazas, son incomodas para dormir en el centro. 2) El olor a humedad es fuerte. 3) Se escucha TODO. Oimos varias veces a otras personas tener relaciones como si estuviesen al lado nuestro. 4) El desayuno se salvan solo algunas pocas cosas. El pan no tiene nada para untarlo (si se dan cuenta te traen muy poquito de manteca y mermelada), era todo viejo, las medialunas recalentadas al microondas. El jugo súper acido, el agua siempre tibia, el café sin sabor, las frutas todas pasadas, etcetera. 5) Poca amabilidad general por parte de los empleados. No saludan bien, no nos sentimos bienvenidos. 6) Al hacer la reserva tuve MUCHISIMOS problemas para comunicarme con ellos. No usan el celular prácticamente. 7) Dicen que tienen restaurante y que ofrecen la cena, esto no es asi. Solamente de 7 a 10 hay desayuno, y listo. 8) Algunos espacios del hotel se sienten muy hacinados. Es como estar en una cueva. 9) No llega el wifi a la habitación. 10) El ventilador estaba colgando, a punto de caerse. 11) El precio es demasiado elevado para lo que es en realidad. Es un hotel lowcost e igual decepciona. 12) Las sabanas extra de abrigo eran muy pequeñas para la ""cama doble"" RESCATAMOS: 1) Agua caliente gratis. 2) Las empleadas del desayuno son muy amables. Y uno de los chicos del mostrador nos fue muy amable también. 3) El aire acondicionado funciona bien. 4) La ubicación es excelente. 5) Algunos canales de la television se ven bien.

Fuimos de vacaciones por 5 días al centro de iguazú y nos hospedamos acá. La primer habitación que nos dieron sinceramente era horrible pero después de quejarnos nos cambiaron a una en planta alta que mejoró exponencialmente. Tanto la habitación como el baño muy lindos y cómodos. La habitación cuenta tanto con aire como ventilador, aunque en junio que está fresco y no hace tanto calor con el ventilador alcanza y sobra. El desayuno incluido consta de café (no muy bueno lamentablemente, si tenes acidez no te lo recomiendo), leche y agua caliente, jugo de naranja (que es tang mezclado con naranja natural) y agua con limón (no limonada. Así como cacao en polvo. Para comer dan un sanguche de jamón y queso calentito, una medialuna, dos porciones de pastafrola y tostadas con manteca y mermelada. Bastante bien. La ubicación es privilegiada ya está a una cuadra de la gran mayoría de los restaurantes y la estación de micros. También esta a 3 kilómetros caminando del free shop, por lo que si quieren aprovechar a ir más de un día es muy conveniente. Volvería definitivamente, la ubicación, el desayuno y la amabilidad del personal lo valen.

La ubicación es excelente, sobre todo me sorprende lo bien que te atienden y la limpieza.por el precio es muy recomendable, el aire acondicionado y el televisor todo funciona perfecto, no tengo quejas .la comida muy casera rica y el desayuno cumplido.

Nos quedamos 2 adultos y 1 menor, la ubicación está buena cerca de restaurantes y terminal de transporte, la habitación cómoda , y amplia , el desayuno bueno . El personal a amable . Abril 2014. Las cataratas increíbles
