Casas Heddy, Well-Being Resort

Really quiet location, very clean accommodation, very friendly staff, outdoor pool lovely and warm because it is heated. Food well presented and not to bad but we chose to eat out mostly. Some evening entertainment and it was good.taxis were cheap about 5 euros to the old town although it is only a short walk about 20 minutes all down hill, get a taxi back to save the uphill pain if you are older and unfit like we are. This accommodation suits the more mature and does not have much to offer for youngsters. No shops in the immediate vicinity. The air conditioning in the room was first class and easy to regulate. We would certainly recommend this complex and would re visit without hesitation.

We are a British couple who booked our stay for a week away from Work and to re charge. We were a little unsure what the hotel and facilities would be like and had never stayed in Lanzarote before Tenerife being our usual canary island. Casa Heady was a perfect escape! The hotel itself is a lovely size and quiet. Our room had all we needed with a lovely balcony with loungers, clothes airer and a table. We could just see the sea and sunrise. The beds were a little 'simplistic' and I would suggest an upgrade on the frams/ base. We had 2 singles. The pool is lovely, immaculately clean and has a beautiful pool bar, outdoors kitchen and dining. All staff are very friendly with lots of smiles! Breakfast is AMAZING!! Excellent selection and unlimited. The seating areas are great and, again, staff wonderful. We booked a massage each via the booking system which was a welcomed treat. There is a fully equipped gym and again all modern and very clean! Location was perfect for us, we enjoyed the walk down to the old town each night for dinner and catching a sunset at a bar. Lots of fabulous resturants to choose from!!! We certainly felt relaxed and were pleased we had come across the hotel. It almost seems understated. (Couple in our 40s)

just now on Google Firstly I just want to say how amazing all of the staff are. They are so helpful and happy and are a credit to the hotel. I really enjoyed breakfast and also dinner being ordered off a menu instead if the usual buffet style half board options. The food was lovely and fresh. The downside to this hotel is the rooms. They do not look like the advertised rooms on the websites. My first single room Was very small and dated with a very damp smell in the wardrobe. It had a very claustrophobic feel to it. I asked reception if i could change rooms and they agreed right away. The new room Was more spacious but still very basic and the taps leaked in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable though and the air conditioning worked really well. Rooms are cleaned every other day and I do feel this should be every day as guests are asked to put toilet paper in a bin instead of down the toilet. For hygiene reasons, emptying the bins every day would be better. The pool area and bar are beautiful and the pool is very warm. Location is quite a way out of town but only 4 euro in a taxi. I have had a lovely break here and would return again for a quiet break.

Nice and quiet, beautiful place, pool excellent, breakfast great, lovely people/staff, perfect to forget about work/stress and just enjoy. A little bit out of busy puerto del carmen but suited me fine, nice walk or taxi around €5, have already booked to return to recharge in January

What can I say but amazing place, beautiful views, helpful people, lovely food, great service. There is not one complaint I could make, really enjoyed my week here only regret is I couldn’t stay longer. I fully recommend to give this place a try

This was just what we needed, to relax and enjoy doing nothing! The hotel is very peaceful, away from the hustle of the strip but in easy reach of the front and restaurants on the harbour. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room was clean with a fridge, a kettle, safe, very good wardrobe space and excellent shower. The breakfast is superb with a wide range of choice, hot and cold. The pool is very clean and warm and the pool bar serves good food, particularly paella on Sunday freshly cooked before you 😋. Really enjoyed this holiday and we will be back.
