Labranda Los Cocoteros

Arrived at Labranda los cocoteros 18/4/25 and was met by the wonderful Jolanda on reception this wonderful lady made a great 1st impression of welcoming us and telling us everything we needed to know regarding the FREE safe FREE wifi throughout the complex then we got to our room and have to say we were blown away by the amazing view from our huge window we heard the sea crashing against the shore it was absolutely idyllic and even more so when we opened the the balcony door. We honestly cannot fault this place and will 100% be returning here to stay when we come back to Lanzarote 10/10 for location 10/10 for our apartment no 603 and 10/10 for hospitality from Jolanda even on checking out a week later she made sure all our needs and more were met Thank you for such a wonderful stay and wonderful holiday ❤️

Great apartments in an amazing location directly next to shinaigans Irish bar on the main strip. The apartments are modern and fresh and really well maintained. The location and views from the apartments alone are worth a visit . Small but safe and secure complex. A lot off the apartments are residential so it doesn't have a bar ect but you don't need one there hundreds below it as you walk out them onto the strip.

We have just arrived back after a 2 week stay at Los cocoteros this place is so run down shabby and outdated.On arrival we were given room 309 when we opened the door we were met by a cockroach which you do get abroad sometimes.We had a look around the apartment to see what it was like the fridge was shocking the plastic on the top was broke and all the metal at the bottom was rusted and the door seal was coming off.The tiles in the shower was coming off the wall and all the plastic furniture outside was broke .The bedroom was full of damp patches and mould on the walls which made the bedding feel damp .The second night my husband slipped in the shower because it gets so flooded and really cut his arm so my husband went to the manager to tell him and all he said was ,"what do you want me to do I've only got this " which was a first aid box so he put a piece of bandage .We had a few more cockroaches over the 2 weeks you could hear them in the walls of the bathroom.I know we should of complained to the manager but with his disinterest about the cut on my husbands arm we thought he's not going to do anything about the room and more so it was ironman week and the hotel was packed and I couldn't take the chance they had no more rooms and sent us to another hotel as the situation of the hotel was brilliant .

This is our 4th visit to Los cocoteros & we love staying here. It's in an excellent location. Apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens & also surrounded by many shops, bars & restaurants & literally across the road from the beach. The apartments are spacious with a separate bedroom & bathroom & are clean & comfortable. Kitchen area has everything you need. Plenty of wardrobe space with a safe, air conditioning & great free wifi. We've already booked for next year & don't actually go home until tomorrow. Staff are friendly & professional & nothing is any trouble. We look forward to returning for our 5th visit in October 2025 ❤️

May have been a nice accommodation once upon a time..... But not now. Run down apartment with many things not working. Shabby and well past its sell by date. Quite obviously no repairs or maintenance for a long time. Broken lights and tiles. Mould in kitchen and bathroom. For 196 Euros a night, this place was a complete and utter rip-off. The management are absent and disinterested. Many much nicer places at a cheaper price. Don't be fooled by the pictures, when you get there, you will find it's pretty awful (Unless of course you don't mind mould and broken, shabby things)

When we first arrived and saw this hotel was right on the strip we was afraid they we'd made a mistake but we was wrong it was absolutely amazing with stunning views you'd think being on the strip noise would be a problem but no problem at all it was really peaceful and quiet with amazing sea views from are terrace they also have a quiet secluded pool area which is lovely and peaceful the staff were lovely and friendly and just left you to enjoy your holiday they was there if needed We will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend it's right in the centre of everything shops bars restaurants the old town is just a short walk away as well great location
