Apartamentos San Marcial

Lovely well equipped arrar**ents very comfortable, with great facilities on site serving great bar food including breakfast. Also supermarket on site with anything and everything you need. Close to the beach and airport would definitely stay again.

Basic but clean apar**ents spacious but in need of a bit of TLC we were in an apar**ent with balcony 144 .staff were friendly and helpful.they are cleaned twice a week if you need toilet paper bin bags or towels changing just go to reception and they will happily help you.the bar is open from 8.30 till midnight prices not to bad on par with the rest of the resort.pool is open 10 till 6pm.a taxi to puerto del Carmen is 6 euros.there is a shopping centre a ten minute walk away.but matagorda is a quiet resort.the hidden gem bar is a 5 minute walk away and do lovely meals it is only open until 6 pm and on Thursday they play bingo but you have to book.its a 5 minute walk to the sea front.there is a little noise from planes because its near the airport.but that didn't bother us.it is next to the beatriz player &spa hotel just turn left by there and you'll get to the bottom of the airport runway and watch all the planes coming in.there is a supermarket at the side of the apar**ents just walk up some steps near the swimming pool. but I don't think it is suitable for people with mobility problems there is a ramp but it's seemed a little steep.i would return but the resort was a little to quiet for us tipsy bar has quiz and bingo.The tui rep was helpful and there 5 times a week if I went again I would ask for a downstairs Apar**ent with a terrace. Where our apar**ent was there was a sun terrace and the pool was on the other side near the bar.i did have a relaxing holiday and would return

Two weeks of bliss spent at these apar**ents. Peaceful and blessed with such pleasant,happy staff and surroundings. We were fortunate to have good neighbours. Everything you need is here. Sadly some guests feel the need to book sunbeds especially one couple in 164 who kept two hidden at the side of apar**ent then put towels on another two and then went to the pool. Thankfully a one off. Looking forward to be returning. Many thanks to all the staff and a special shout to Sandra 2

4th stay here at San marcial and once again we loved it . All the staff are friendly and helpful. Cleaners and maintenance guys are always on the go . The life guard at the pool always has a smile on his face and is helpful making sure everyone is comfortable. Reception staff is always Very welcoming.and The bar staff are very friendly and hardworking.. see you in October.

Yes the rooms could benefit from a bit of an update but for location and price plus pleasant staff, these apar**ents take some beating, beds were really comfortable , 10 minute transfer from airport , bar and snack bar+ 7 minute walk to central shopping area with plenty of restaurants, easy access

Only rated a 2 star on Jet2 but worthy of a much higher rating. Very spacious apartments, comfy beds , very clean. A little tired and could do with a freshen up in places but perfectly adequate. Pool was clean and saw the water quality being tested daily. The staff are what makes this place. Receptionists were really lovely and in particular Sandra who was absolutely lovely and she went above and beyond to help us when our Son lost his phone, shortly located at the shopping plaza in the Old Town Marina. Big shout out to Sandra. We love you 😍

Uk sun bed war.the staff are so good,kind chatty, bar staff cleaners do there job with a smile.well where do I start the rooms,buildings all need a lick of paint,the Wi-Fi is awfull.went to the bar the outside tv is broken so watched the football inside,can I say it was very warm,not good if you have walking problems,sun bed war,saw people put ping towels on beds6.00,and only sitting on them at 4.00,or not at all selfish,the beds them selves are way past sell by.well I know it’s self catering,that’s fine but having things like pots n pans and cooking utensils are pretty useful.shame the staff are great.

Very dated in apartment. Wardrobe doors would not stay shut. Fridge, no door on freezer dept and no salad tray. Television screen in two parts. Needs a full revamp.
