I'll start with the good points as there are only a couple. The hotel is clean and the walk into the town is nice about 15 mins. We were able to walk to Loro Parque again about 15 mins. Wear flat shoes as its hilly when you walk around it. We ate out a couple of times and so glad we did. Now the bad points. We felt like we'd walked back in time. The hotel is massively outdated. We walked in our room and my heart dropped. We booked this as a last minute getaway & I wished we'd paid more to go somewhere else. The food is repetitive. I was given uncooked pork one day. The hotel is being held up by nets under the balcony. The beds are like sleeping on the floor and you get the flattest pillow. The pool has a no fun policy. No floats or anything exciting. It's the same playlist every day. It felt like groundhog day. We only had one issue with the lifts when they stopped. But people are rude and just push in in front of you. By day 4 we wanted to come home. The balcony is tiny. We had to have the light on in the room most times as it hardly let's any light in. Although I said the room is clean the wallpaper is dirty and patched up. The bar closes at 11pm. We heard that the police had come one night as the neighbours complained of the noise of people by the bar. If you have a late check out which we did its €60 for 8 hours. It's 100% not a 4 star more a 2/3 star. We walked past a 4 star on the way into town and it looked so much nicer. Also there's no full length mirror. You have to stand in the bathroom to do you hair and makeup as there is no mirror in the room. It gets hot in there. They also don't change the top sheet for the bed. I accidentally dropped something on it the 1st night and it was still there the day we left! Last thing the only English speaking channel is BBC news. Not that we were in the room much. But still. Honestly wish we'd booked somewhere else.

Where do I start... .we booked 1 week all inclusive and checked out to another hotel after 2 days.. THIS IS NOT a 4* hotel, the rooms are old, tired and in need of repairs, the balcony is tiny!!!! It's like pontins in the sun Parts of the hotel are covered with green netting, presumably to stop bits of balcony falling on people !!! Building work was going on and they shut off the main steps down to the pool The restaurant was closed down 'due to technical issues' the first full day we where there, the staff did their best but we where crammed into a small conference room, with tables around the edges with the food on, no cold plates for the salads and cold meats, no signs to say what anything was and was a very limited selection, the hot meat was cooked on a bbq outside, nobody explained what was going on and kept promising the main restaurant would be open by the next meal time, it wasn't...... we gave up and ate out for the 2 evenings we spent there Don't expect a kettle in your room, 15€ deposit and 3€ per day you are there, I have never been to a hotel where I have had to hire a kettle, especially not in a so called 4* one I refused to stay another day there so checked out into another hotel The receptionist was very abrupt and rude to me on the first day however she did apologise the day we checked out, I guess she had had lots of people complaining so I can't blame her and fair play to her for apologising Don't waste your money expecting 4* as its a 2* at best, spend the extra because this place needs a complete overhaul The company needs to spend some serious money in improving this hotel

The room is shabby, the equipment is old and unfashionable. The bathroom also has an already unfashionable look. The room was musty, no smell of freshness or cleanliness when we first entered. There are beds in the room on wheels close together that roll apart. The mattress hard springs made my whole body ache. A mattress covered with a blanket that bunched up at night. I was very cold at night and slept in two sweaters. The blankets in the closet were not fragrant and I got another blanket at the reception on my own request which smelled less but had fibers flying out of it and was dusty. Our dog doesn't even have a worse blanket in his den. The hotel is inexpensive and was the only one available at the last minute when we chose the tour. What was positive was the amazing view from the balcony, but it was visited by pigeons who bothered us there. The toilet occasionally leaked when flushed. We knew from the reviews of this hotel where we were going. And the room reviews didn't lie.

A positive start, Rosi on reception is a lovely friendly and helpful person, but that is my only positive of this hotel . Rooms are basic , no kettle, mattress with springs poking at the side and the sheet had holes in. Food was bland and always cold and they dont cater much for English people. The lifeguard (if i can call him that ) is the laziest person there, hates English people , does nothing - pool area was grubby and unkempt . Hotel is at the edge of the resort , a canny walk to shops etc. We requested a hotel move promptly as we couldn't stay there for 10 nights and got one Read the reviews and believe them , i wish i had !!!

staff was very nice only complaint was the food being to cold was very ill after eating sick for 2 days so we ending eating out which put on extra expence

Six of us stayed for a cheap and cheery weekend (all inclusive) for our friends hen weekend - we thought the hotel was great and the location of the pool next to the bar, terrace and restaurant was great as it didn't require lots of walking around and we were able to leave things by the sun loungers as we went for lunch. We loved the hotel entertainment - Marcos especially made our Friday night!! The drinks and service from restaurant and bar staff were exceptional - the food was average for an all inclusive hotel but the variety was great with different food menus every evening. We had some questions about the town and the local area and the staff at the hotel were always happy to suggest cafe's / restaurants and even a nightclub for us to visit. We were all happy with our rooms, comfortable beds, clean, lots of wardrobe space and areas to get ourselves ready - the balconies were a little small but this wasn't really something we needed or cared about so overall we were happy. You can hear the lifts going up and down from the rooms and in the night but again we were not bothered by this. The lifts in the hotel are temperamental which could cause issues for disabled guests but luckliy there was always one lift working to take us up to the 7th floor.
