JS Cape Colom - Adults Only

We booked a short break away to JS Cape Colom and what an amazing hotel. We had an awful delay, and it's worth paying for a private transfer as it was a 2 hour transfer from the airport on a shuttle coach and we didnt think we would ever get there. Once we arrived, they had arranged a snack which by the time we arrived at 5.30 was a bit crusty but a nice gesture. Rooms are basic but very clean and freshly made every day. Our room had no air conditioning despite notifying reception, it never worked, which was a little hard going. The meals on offer are delicious and plentiful, the drinks are great, an overall brilliant all inclusive. There are plenty of loungers and two lovely pools and steps to enable a swim in the sea. We had two evenings of entertainment which was good. Take plenty of mozzie spray as you get eaten alive in the evenings A great place to stay and would happily book again. Thank you!

Stayed from 30th April - 4th May 2025 Wonderful 4-Night All-Inclusive Stay – Will Be Back! We’ve just returned from a fantastic 4-night all-inclusive stay and couldn’t be happier. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming – the service throughout was excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The food and drink are very good value. While the food can be a little repetitive, everything we had was really tasty and well-prepared. There was always something to enjoy. The rooms are a bit dated in style, but they’re spotlessly clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping does a great job. The wellness centre on the fifth floor looks like a new addition to the hotel. It’s very modern and looks great with really good facilities including an indoor gym with stunning views whilst you work out, a sauna and steam room plus an outdoor jacuzzi again to enjoy the lovely views. We also used the massage service (approx £90 for 90 mins) which was really good and so relaxing, would highly recommend. The hotel is in a quiet area, so more suited to a relaxing holiday. There are a few nice beach bars about a 10-minute walk to the left of the hotel, the beach is lovely. And to the right of the hotel there is a harbour, which is about 30 minutes on foot with more little cafes and bars. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a Bargin holiday– we’re already looking at dates to book again!

It’s early in the season but needs more internal seating areas and more bar staff at peak times. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The food can be a little repetitive if you’re A/I, but once again the staff are very good.

Fabulous hotel, nice quiet location and adults only! We are friends from different parts of the UK travelling separately and booked solo rooms. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel very welcome! Stunning location with plenty of sun-beds and 2 pools! Food was good for an all inclusive, although some food labelling could have been better! The omelette station at breakfast was my absolute favourite! We had entertainment on 3 evenings and it was very good. Thank you to Anett, Miguel, Marcos & Delores for making our trip so memorable. Overall we loved it so much, we booked online again whilst on site to return in May 2025! If you’re looking for a peaceful holiday in a beautiful location, book it - we can’t wait to return!

We have just returned from a very peaceful and relaxing holiday at JS Cape Colom. A lovely hotel with the most beautiful views, plenty of sunbeds scattered around different little areas of the grounds. The food was varied and there was always something for everyone and of a high quality too, the ice cream was extra special 🍦 We would highly recommend the hotel, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Hopefully we’ll visit again soon 🙌

The staff at this hotel are all extremely friendly, attentive and incredibly hardworking. The food was always varied and we all found something we enjoyed eating each night. In terms of night-time entertainment, there isn't much. There is a performer on certain nights of the week, but she finished her set quite early into the night. There isn't an animation crew, as this hotel prioritises a quiet and relaxing stay. Porto Colom is quite a ways out from other towns, and there isn't much to do in the immediate area - so I would recommend renting a car. However, the views here were incredible. I would definitely stay here again!
